Definitely the worst Papa Johns in the area, whether you get it delivered or pick it up. The food is just nasty. Pizza is never cooked all the way through. Food always arrives cold which is strange because I live within walking distance. I literally ordered from this location twice same thing every time and the second time was the last time. The delivery driver that came to my house was RUDE! He came to my house without a mask. I asked him where was his mask and he said "for a pizza?" Yes for a pizza - it's Mandatory that you where a mask in Maryland. I called the Manager and asked if their drivers are required to wear masks when they deliver pizza, he kind of brushed it off. We ordered a large meatlovers & a large pep, sausage, green bell peppers, and banana peppers pizza with buffalo wangs on the side. They were sooooo delicious. Cooked to perfection. When I'm in the mood for a thin crust pizza, this is my place. I usually place my order via phone and it has always been ready when I arrived. My pizza has always been made correctly and the temperature of my food good. Friendly group of young men working there, so my customer service has always been on point. The parking situation can be sketchy at times due to the club next door. One time when I ordered carryout, it was extremely cold and raining hard and of course I had to park near the rear of the parking lot by CVS bcuz the place next to Pappa Johns was having an event. Their prices do seem a bit more pricey than another Pappa Johns I've been too also. Not sure why that is but I go here because it's so close to where I'm going. Finally, an employee answers the phone, I give my address and he says they're about to close at 11pm, however; I called at 10pm and literally live down the street. I give my card information and he says your card got declined (mind you I have Navy Federal notifications) but tell him I don't see how it could get declined. I use to order from this place every Friday for my kids or cheer team. But, lately the customer service and delivery has been really shitty. The new manager Warren isn't really that good at managing his team. The pizza is cold or luke warm which makes it taste disgusting.
