More accurately, "Curried Vegetables and Shrimp", it is served over onion, celery, carrot, bell pepper, and zucchini, swimming in curry sauce with more shrimp than you would expect. (See pic) And it comes with a full cup of steamed rice. Why it works: - Unlike sweet'n'sour, breaded , crispy entrées which are cooked in advace and kept warm, the shrimp in curry is cooked fresh for every order. - consequently, the vegetables are "al dente" (tender but still firm to the bite). That crispness preserves the individual flavor of each vegetable. I start every meal with a superfacta of: - ice water - hot and sour soup - egg flour soup, and... - black tea with sugar It's all covered in the price of the entrée. I consider this combination to be a signature entrée of the restaurant, definitely worth five stars.
