If you've ever wondered what a $27 version of a $3 frozen pizza tastes like... Abby's on Western in Wenatchee has you covered. We ordered cheese sticks that somehow managed to be both gummy and undercooked, fascinating !  The pizza itself? Think thin crust grocery store freezer aisle, but with a luxury price tag. We even tried to save it with chili peppers and Parmesan... no luck. Some things just can't be fixed. Also worth noting: the Parmesan and chili pepper shakers were weirdly sticky and handling them felt about as uncomfortable as the random child prom photos on the wall. It got worse. The grease soaked straight through the box and onto my pants, so now I smell like I lost a fight with a deep fryer. We tried to give most of the leftovers to a homeless guy outside... he politely declined, he had likely been offered before and leaned his lesson   Bonus points: the single-stall bathroom had a lock that looked like it had trust issues and a smell that suggested it hasn't been cleaned since last week. The GM was very responsive and helpful when trying to figure out a plan for a last minute pizza party for our hockey team of about 40 people. Easy ordering online and the delivery was on time and very friendly. They provided plates, napkins, plastic gloves for serving, and toppings. Our party attendees enjoyed the pizza and helped make it a successful party. Taco pizza was a hit with the adults. The price of the pizza did seem high for the basics like cheese and pepperoni, but also might be the going rate for pizza these days. read more

Let me first say, that we live less than a half a mile away from Abbys. They are literally down the street. However, when our pizza was delivered 45 minutes after we ordered it, it was lukewarm. Nothing worse than warm pizza. However, I have to say the pizza that we ordered had an abundance of different kinds of cut of meat. If you're a meat lover, this is the pizza for you. This is a little hole in the wall, but once you get inside, it's much bigger. They have lots of seating- enough for entire sports teams. I like going for the lunch special which is a 4 topping personal pizza and a drink for around $10. You can add a salad for an additional charge. The salads are pretty good size, and usually I share with my husband. The garden salad is simple, with lettuce, tomato, carrots, and dressing/croutons. It has always been fresh, so it's solid. The pizzas are also pretty good size, and I like the way you can select a current menu item or create your own. I usually get the pepperoni, pineapple, no sauce/ easy sauce. The pepperoni is very good, it has a little spice to it, and the crust on the pizza is thin, and crispy. The service is fast and friendly, and overall it's a great value and a good place to meet for lunch. read more

We got a giant pizza that is advertised to feed 4-6. Had the pizza been any good, it would not have fed more than 3 or 4 at very most. The crust is good (nice and thin) but the plain cheese one wasn't even as good as most medium tier frozen pizza and Dominos would have been an easy step up. The cheese itself was bleh. We also got garlic bread to which all 3 kids agreed turned up their nose with 'nope' (and then I tried). It had almost no garlic and not much of anything else. Just ordered from Abby's for the first time and I have to say I am very impressed! Very nice guy called to double check my order....his name was Alex I believe... (or andy?) Can't remember lol but he was very polite and I appreciate him double checking my order. The delivery man (older gentleman) was very nice. He was fast at delivering the pizza and was very polite. Great service guys! Then when I opened my pizza I was sooo impressed! I ordered the gluten free Greek pizza (posted a picture) with added extra toppings...no cheese blend and fresh tomatoes on the side. It was the BEST looking pizza I've ever had! We had pizza and salad delivered when we were visiting in town. Both were very tasty, and the delivery was timely.

Worst pizza EVER! It was cold, undercooked, 1.5 inches of so-called crust (bread, actually) and the watery sauce soaked into the bread making it mushy. Talked to manager and was informed the pizza sat under the light for awhile. When I asked why he didn't make a new one, he said it would cost them. I asked about quality control and was not given a straight answer. No apology. Never again. Abbys has changed...for the worst! read more

I continue to be disappointed, Not in the pizza. I love the pizza. I'm disappointed in the place and the price. If i want a pizza i either want take out or dine in ... right? ... seems simple. Problem is the Wenatchee location suffers from a distinct lack of ambiance. Feels like a school cafeteria. The East Wenatchee Location is better. So, i resolve take-out like most other chain pizza in town. Then the problem is price. If i'm eating at home anyway - I can get 2-3 large pizzas from just about any other chain for the "special" price for the Abby's feature. If i order a "menu priced" pie - i can get 4-5 large pizzas for the price of one at Abby's. And forget finding an "active" discount code or coupon for Abby's. Look I get it ... it's better. I like it more, I want it more, the ingredients are better so it should cost more. I'd happily pay more ... I can afford to pay more ... but 3 to 5 times more? ... Should I pay $33.26 for a half hawaiian and half pepperoni, black olive and onion - after tax? ... (i have to get both to satisfy the kids). It's actually kinda offensively priced for a pick up pie. So, what do i do? ... If the kids are eating with us we buy 3 large from somewhere else so that they can each have their own large pie of choice and I get what i want too. It the kids aren't eating with us, we hit up Saddlerock down 1st street. Kids are welcome there too and for ~$10 less i get good ambiance and a fantastic pie. So, the two star isn't for quality ... it's for the ambiance and the PRICE!! ... Abby's leadership ... i urge you to evaluate the margin. As a busy family less than 1/4 mile from my preferred pizza shop i'll bet you lose my business 2-3 times a month (including tonight) because i just can't support what seems be an out of line pricing policy. I get that you probably have quality cost that exceeds the chains, but when i compare your pricing to Saddlerock, LeMolo, Fire/Viscontis, Garlinis and other good pies i can sit down to in town ... you simply can't convince me that your products are superior (or at least sufficiently superior) so as to justify the price. So tonight it's a Wenatchee and a half and half from Saddlerock. I love Saddlerock ... but i also can say i had a HUGE hankerin' for Abby's and would have preferred that - but i could have gotten a 3rd pizza for what i saved on two. I sincerely hope Abby's reflects on this - you're an asset and have a great product in line with the quality you'd expect from some of the other great pizza's in town, but the price (especially when you lack the ambiance in house) just isn't in line when the pizza's are consistently about 30% higher. Your "special" is only $1 less than the full menu price for the same pizza at SaddleRock and i get an extra topping there too. I'd love to spread the love around. We were visiting a small town east of Seattle over the 4th of July weekend and were without a car for one night. We checked for pizza delivery in our area and found Abby's. The pizza was absolutely delicious!!!! And the delivery was exactly as they claimed online; we only waited 30-40 minutes. The woman who brought our pizza was so sweet and very special to be working on the 4th of July! I wish we had an Abby's where we live, they would definitely be my "go-to" pizza parlor! read more

My husband and I are in town Indefinitely to be with his mother while she is in hospice care. The second night of getting into town we needed some comfort food. We are so glad we ordered delivery from Abby's! Ordering delivery online was very simple. The pizza and breadsticks arrived hot, and exactly how we ordered them. The driver even brought us plates, napkins, pepper packets and cheese packets. The breadsticks were crispy, cheesy, and soft on the inside. We splurged and ordered a large half and half pizza. We were shocked to see the amount of toppings, VERY GENEROUS! We loved that the toppings went all of the way to the edge of the pizza. Will definitely order again before we leave town! read more

Good lunch specials, and possibly one of the better salad bars in town. They have quite a fresh variety of toppings to choose from, but my favorite Abby's pizza would have to be the Philly Cheesesteak and the Bavarian Pizza with pineapples... yummers!! I can't forget my hubby's favorite... Pepperoni Pizza. The pizza here is a bit on the pricier side, but it's a nice treat away from the chain pizzas! They have a huge banquet facility that is great for parties, etc! read more

Went in 10/25/2017 for lunch Yeah...no. Got their lunch special (personal pizza, salad bar, drink). The one-trip salad was nothing original, nothing to blow your hair back. The little personal pizza was just straight up bad. Like, no-cheese-or-sauce bad. Like thin, burnt crust-with-a-few-pepperoni-slices bad. The images online of Abby's pizza are no where NEAR what I got today for lunch. Unreal. I paid $10.79 for a one-trip salad bar, a drink, and crunchy pepperoni on burnt, thin bread minus cheese and scant sauce. I left still needing lunch. If anyone from Abby's read this, please re-think the insulting "pizza" you serve at lunch. If it's too difficult to come up with a decent lunch pie, then don't open up until the larger, more profitable dinner orders are called in. read more

Now with all this covid 19 stuff going on they wanted to support the restaurant industry, so I placed an order for a lg pizza half taco half meat lovers. Originally I wanted for delivery but figure with all this issue they would be overloaded with delivery order so I called to change that to pick up. I went to pick up my order got home and nothing of my taco pizza was given! I called them and was told they did not know why that was not given!!!! I asked if they could please them deliver them and was told yes they would have it out to me right away. Ok cool mistakes it happens problem! It's been over an HOUR! I have a cold pizza (which cost $32!) no toppings! This is unacceptable! Not even an offered to get our order replaced for $32 a pizza never again! read more

Moved to Wenatchee several months ago and we initially got pizza at Abby's the first several times, because it was closer and seemed more like a local place. IMO this place is overpriced and the pizza is very average. Thin crust is a standard, so you need to request a pan pizza (they call it "Deep Dish", but I wouldn't call it that), which adds money to your order. My wife and I like combo pizzas, so we would order a Large (13"), which starts at $22.40, but ends up at $23.40 ("Deep Dish") if you want a regular pan pizza. We no longer choose Abby's and now order the large classic combo from Godfather's (14"), which is $20 for their 'original crust', which is your standard pan pizza. It's a cheaper, bigger pizza and IMO tastes better than Abby's version of a combo. The delivery from Godfather's is also cheaper as well (albeit only .50), which seems odd since they are basically the same distance from my house. I've done the math and my taste buds don't lie :) read more

We wanted a salad bar and gluten-free pizza, this is why we came. It was really good. The place looks just like you'd expect a pizza place to look. The atmosphere is pretty much where you'd bring your kids to have pizza and play a few arcade games, this isn't a first date kinda place. However, we went in the afternoon and it was quiet, we had the place to ourselves. The salad bar was fresh and clean. The price for salad was also just right. 7" pizza is reasonable for a 4-7 yr old. 10" almost no different. I'd like to mention that buying two 7" and one 10" wasn't enough to fill us up and that the total was near 32 dollars. We went there and ordered a chopped salad expecting it to have some meat in it, well it didn't have maybe 6 pieces the rest was nothing but a plate full of chopped up lettuce. Horribly disappointed and will never order that again !! Pizza is good but be careful and read your receipt. Our emailed total was $27.05 and when the delivery gal showed up, she tried charging us $39.... so they have to deliver our $12 back to us. Yeah. Great food, large restaurant, conducive to groups and parties.

We decided we wanted pizza for dinner. After reading a few reviews we decided on Abby's. We decided on getting our pizza to go. The place was empty which isn't a good sign. We ordered a large Abby's Special and we didn't have to wait long. Once we got the pizza we were surprised at the weight of the box. As we drove back to the hotel the smell was making us hungrier. Once we got eating it it was hard to stop. Loads of topping and a thin crisp crust. My only complaint is that I wish I had ordered extra cheese. Great tasting pizza! read more
