My first thought on when I walked in was wow their pretty busy tonight (Tuesday). I ordered through the app a simple cheese pizza that's it. On the way to the store my app said ready! And I was still 8 minutes away! I was like great I'll just walk in and grab and go. Unfortunately that's not how it went, I walked in said my name they said not ready..I looked up at their TV and my name and 6 other names also said ready in bright green! I ended waiting an extra 35-40 minutes for a simple Cheese pizza! I could understand if I had a huge order or a complicated order. I have had the driver try to deliver to the wrong house as I am walking toward them saying it is my order. I placed an order tonight that had an expected delivery of 30-40 minutes, at an hour after my order was placed I called to get an update to be told the order was on the line to be prepped/made and it may be another hour, or longer. I placed my order online around 9:30 pm with the exception of delivery at 10:30 pm. Well, it never came. I called to see if they were backed up, busy, or just running behind. No answer. I was on hold for 30 mins, so I drove to the store. The nice lady explained that she was the only one there and they only had 1 driver. She gave me my food for free and reimbursed me my money. This is the 3rd time I review this place, they have great quality in their pizza but sometimes one person ruins the great work of the hard working man in the back. This afternoon I ordered pizza on the app and when I I parked outside I pressed I'm here on the app so a employee comes out with pizza before that he pressed on his computer as if he was coming out so it appeared on my app that he is here with my pizza. However the old man was coming out with somebody else's pizza and mine never came out so I went inside and I asked the man (I think is the manager old mean man) and he shuts me down telling me to wait and treated me as if I was an idiot. This was probably the best pizza I've ever had from a Dominos! Online it said it would not deliver to us due to our location in Zebulon but we called and they did! Food was hot and delivery driver was very nice! Such a great experience! Will order from them again. read more

Hello we placed an order at 710 PM and our order was delivered on time but they didn't have our lava cakes. We called back immediately and told them and the manager didn't even apologize but told us they would bring them to us immediately. After an hour and a half went by we called back and they told us that the driver should be at our door any minute now that he left with them at 828 lol another hour went by same story should be there any minute and the girl just hung up on us. After another hour we called back and the manager said he would send someone immediately and never offered anything for our inconvenience they finally brought them at 1030 and they were the ones they cooked at 7pm we literally stood by the door for nearly 3 hours because they kept saying any minute they should be there so we called back and told them that we appreciated all the inconvenience we caused them lol and the manager said no problem lol get that I'm apologizing to him instead of him apologizing to me and still never offered us anything this is unacceptable to a customer who spends on average 100 a month in that store after all that they lost us as customers. Thanks dominos of wendell you successfully disgusted us to the point where we would never spend another dollar at domino's. At least if they had us standing up waiting for them at the door for nearly 3 hours they could have at least said here's a couple extra lava cakes for your trouble. This place has had a monopoly on pizza in this area for years. There's a pizza villa or something in downtown Wendell, way too expensive. This Domino's pizza has always been over crowded, no parking near by and expensive for quick pizza. I prefer Little Caesar's Pizza any day of the week or Papa John's. I remember back when they use to charge $18 plus for two large pizzas before the economical downturn. read more

Absolutely love this place. I especially love the online app. The pizza is always fantastic and the people are really nice. I think they have made a total turn around over the years. If you prefer Little Caesars over Dominos, you can have it. Id rather have fresh pizza. I just wish they delivered to our address, when they deliver to the house directly across the street lol. read more
