If I could give this place negative stars, I would. One of my worst experiences came from ordering the app. I waited 45 minutes for my order to update on the tracker. After it didn't move, i figured they just didn't update it but my food would be ready. I got to the store, told them my name and the cashier said it still wasn't ready. She then proceeds to tell me they've been busy and that the manager quit. I ask for my money back but she says I have to call corporate. Mind you this is on a Friday, after business hours. So now after yet ANOTHER inconvenience, I can't even get my money back. Monday finally comes and i speak to customer service and try to get the refund process started and I tell them about my experiences with the store. The rep says they'll contact the store owner and make up for it. They get my contact info and mailing address and tell me to wait for a voucher. I get a letter in the mail with a voucher for $30 which is nice! But i look at it closer and it EXPIRED IN 2018. THEY SENT ME AND EXPIRED VOUCHER. They're just trolling me at this point. I was a little intimidated because a handful of people had such awful experiences with this West Memphis, AR location. I am here to tell you my experience was far different than the bad reviews. I find it hard to believe when you pay for a pizza, can you give them the address. Over an hour and a half passes before you have to call again to find out that they had no intention to deliver it. Had to rework the credit card to add a tip. Pizza's got here 40 minutes later without the sodas. Driver had to go back and get the sodas, by that time the People's lunch break was over the pizzas were cold and they were going off duty when I walked in with a soda. I ordered online and opted to for carry out I like how the website appears to display the progress of your pizza from beginning to end. I had pepperoni, black olives and ham on my side and my future fiance had black olives, chicken, and spinach on her side. We both opted for the standard sauce and thin crust. The pizza was great, the crust is almost thinner than a cracker and very crispy. This location is right next to a convenience store, so you can get some beer and/or cokes I would have given it 5 stars but the toppings could have been a little more plentiful and there was ice in the parking lot by the door. read more

I ordered Domino's pizza online for a preset time and they were late. I called and asked to speak to the manager, "Greg" who was very rude and unprofessional. This manager also hung up on me. Picked up the order, got home only to find that the Brooklyn crust was really someone trying to stretch their product by skimping on dough from each pie!! The pies were burnt!!
