They have a buffet and they have a couple of other restaurants that you can buy food from here at this location. I am used to going to casinos in California in Nevada, but not here in Arkansas. I was very impressed at how kind the staff was when we arrived. Everybody was customer service, friendly, and really wanted to make you feel like you were a valued guest. The ladies at the players club were professional about signing us all up because I came with a group. The machines are clean and they aren't sticky, which is a plus at a casino. I also thought that the dealers all looked very professional in they were ready and waiting for customers to sit down for games. There were so many pretty lights in the casino and it really highlighted the gaming floor. They have a hotel here, which is impressive. One of the negative things that I found out about was the bathrooms in the casino. When I walked in, there was a stench and stale smell of old urine. It seems that the cleaning person had just mopped the floor and had used an old mop because it smelled like old stale urine. I was so frustrated about this that, when I got outside of the restroom, I double and tripled wiped my shoes on the casino carpet just to get that smell out of the soles.
