But didn't tell us!!! She just handed us the POS machine, by passing it down the line, which automatically asks for a tip. It didn't show an itemized receipt or anything. Even though the service was really bad I included a 20% tip. Only to find out the tip had already been included, 40% tip for bad service! I felt it was disingenuous to include a tip without telling us and then passing us a POS machine that asks for a tip. It felt dishonest and like we had been duped or robbed and I won't be coming back. Others in our party felt the same way too. I tried calling the manager twice but they weren't in or available.

Terrible service! No pride in taking care of their customers! for a Company that advertises taking care of customers and making things right with said customers they don't! They have over charged me many times sent wrong orders and never have they ever tried making anything right. They have these commercials showing them making things right but in real life they are faults. I'm considering reporting them to the better business bureau because they have continually overcharged. I like dominoes! But Please learn how to give an accurate time for pick up of one pizza. I ordered online and called for the follow-up and promised it will be ready for pick up at 4:30pm. I arrived at this location and was told that the pizza going to take another 30 minutes. But I understand that and I was okay but need to explain to the customers ahead of time. read more
