Solid 2.5. Novel idea, charming until the person ahead of you orders 8 pizzas and is being a dick to the cashier. The sauce is kind of too much on the tongue but it's fine. I liked the crust a lot. It has been many years since we have been to a Blaze Pizza. This one is similar to the one we use to go to. You walk in, order your pizza, drinks, and desert. Pay, then get your drinks and find a table and wait for them to call your name for your pizza. We went with their carnivore pizza which is all meat and a small salad. Both were very good. Glad we found this place and we will be going back. The only draw back for me is they have gone cashless. That is just not right! read more

Came here for dinner again and got the larger sized pizza. Lexi made our pizza and she makes them deliciously well. She made ours on our first visit and it was great! We decided to see if they made a bigger size on our second visit. I don't know how they do it but it always turns out cooked to perfection with just the perfect amount of toppings. Food was fine. However, the service was probably the worst fast food service I have ever experienced. A bunch of high-school kids who couldn't care less to be there. It was quite comical how bad the service was. We were there at 7:30pm, which is two and a half hours before they close but we were treated like we had just snuck in before they closed the door for closing. The pizza is good, but my rating is more so for the employees. I met my brother here for lunch so we could catch up. He's been having some GI issues, so he's on a strict diet. They didn't have the pizza he wanted on the menu in the restaurant, but it was on their online menu, so he inquired about it. They were able to get something figured out and made him a delicious pizza. Not once did they seem annoyed or rude and they happily helped him get the pizza he wanted. Their customer service deserves a 5 star review. I ordered the Green Stripe pizza and ate every last bite! The crust is thin, but that's what I wanted. Since it was thin, I didn't feel too bad about eating the entire thing :) I also felt like it didn't sit heavy in my stomach which was nice. I would come here again for some light pizza. I've been going to this blaze store for years. It has gotten progressively worse throughout the years. I always order online, and sometimes I go in the store and they haven't even made it. It would be 20 minutes after making the order online. Tonight I was waiting for my online order and no one asked if they can help, the workers were just giggling with each other and not even paying attention to their customers. It was very apparent that ethan, hates his job, and it was a little ridiculous to have three people trying to figure out how to do a side of tomatoes and laugh and goof off about the fact in front of the customer. Love blaze! The food is always yummy and comes out of the oven pretty quick. I personally love the pesto on EVERYTHING and they have some yummy ranch too. It's a fun place to take our 4 yr old because it's already loud so we don't feel like we are being the loudest. We will always go back! read more

After reading these reviews I'm realizing this location has gone down hill. We used to love going here after Lagoon, we will not be back. The service was not good, the kid who was manning the oven was taking all the pizzas out of the oven and then walked to the back with the other two employees while the pizzas sat there getting cold. When he did come back he was going to man the oven again, I asked if we could get our pizzas since they were getting cold and he made an excuse that they were under staffed. There were four workers that I saw and it was definitely not too busy for that amount of people. One that was supposedly a team lead with the biggest attitude, if that's the case no wonder it's ran the way it is. I asked her if I could get a ranch, the girl that checked me out did not ask if we wanted sauce and we were not told that they were extra cost, also didn't see that on the menu. She told me she'd have to charge me, I mentioned that our pizzas had been sitting there for a while and she couldn't care less. She asked if I wanted marinara for the bread and I Asked if we could do ranch instead and once again was met with a bratty attitude. When I Asked for the managers name she kept saying they weren't there. Finally she told me the GM is Heather. I would've given Blaze 4 stars the first time I came, but we had a few extra things go wrong today. We had a group of 9 people ordering custom pizzas. We ordered online, and showed up at our estimated time and had to still wait an extra 30 minutes for them to finish our order. They also got some of our orders wrong (forgot toppings or put them on the wrong half)...I think the lesson I learned here is that it's best if you go there and order in person. That way you can go through the line and watch them put everything on your pizza to make sure it is right! It also isn't the best place for a large group because it takes awhile to make that many pizzas. About half of my group really liked the pizzas, and half thought it was just ok. I made a custom pizza with pesto, chicken, tomatoes, balsamic glaze, and a few other things. I overall thought it was really good, and I really like the thin crust. The chicken isn't the best quality however and I'd likely keep it off next time. Overall, Blaze is a decent place if you want to customize a personal pizza for a good price (it's similar to the way subway works). I've generally liked what I've ordered each time I've been here. I would just not recommend coming with a large group, and not ordering online. read more

Today we went to Rumbi with our family & the manager was so nice. He is always so helpful and kind! We were able to split a kids meal with our young children and it helped keep the cost down. The food is high quality, especially the chicken (and that's important!) I also really appreciate the gluten free options and especially the gluten free sauce! We will definitely be back! read more

me and my family have been to blaze a lot and we really enjoy it! however, we have been several times to the one in farmington, and something seems to go wrong everytime. the service has been extremely slow, my pizza dough(the high rise dough) has been undercooked and raw in some places on two occasions now. Tonight we ordered it online a large 75$ order with several vegan pizzas. we go to pick up our order and the employees say they ran out of vegan cheese and none of the pizzas i order have cheese on them. there was no call or previous communication of the issue before we arrived. like i said i enjoy the food but we seem to have issues all of the time which makes me not want to come back. i'm just disappointed. read more

Order curbside pick up and it says to call in. There is no option to select curbside pick to tell them you are there when you call. Called twice no answer and got hung up on once. Went inside. Pizza was not edible and it was soggy undercooked. Threw it away. Made a complaint online and it said the store would get back to me. Crickets. Stop drop and roll cause this location is on fire!!!
