The ramen is made with spaghetti noodles so I would not recommend this place if you are an adult that has had ramen before and looking for ramen. The kids liked the ramen because they love spaghetti noodles and tend to prefer bland foods. Our eggs had pieces of eggshells left on them. My friends and I were really looking forward to grabbing boba and food from Demoishi, especially after reading great things and seeing that they're open until 9 PM--both online and clearly posted on the door. But when we showed up at 8:45 PM, the doors were locked, the sign was off, and the staff inside simply watched us try to enter without acknowledging us at all. It's frustrating when a business advertises one thing but operates however they feel like. In a time when every guest counts and spending habits are more cautious, turning away customers early--without explanation--just feels careless. Thankfully, CAVA next door was still open and happy to serve us. We were genuinely excited to get Demoishi, but this left a sour taste before we ever got to try anything. Immediately, I notice the absence of the cleaner type-preservative that is sometimes used with raw fish to extend the refrigerator life. I DO NOT TASTE it at all, but here not even a hint of whatever it is used at some restaurants. Everything is fresh and crunchy that should be and fresh mango, crisp cucumber and red onion. Just the right amount of crispy garlic chips, crispy onion also. Sauces, sauced to perfection. Back tother chunks of Tuna andchoppedd spicy tuna. Every forkful has tuna!! I love this. The seaweed salad is such a delight mixed with the Japanese garlic. Now is the time to mention yesterday I ordered from Molly Poke accidently. If you are looking for a quick Korean Asian place, this might be for you. The food was nothing out of this world good. I have tried better Korean places. The wings were a bit dry, the flavor was still good. The ramen was lacking a bit of flavor, but it was still fresh ingredients. Ordered the spicy chicken base, chicken ramen noodles and was very pleased with it. It was pipping hot and VERY flavorful. The spicy wasn't extremely spicy, just a kick of spicy but it was soooooo good. The portion amount was a lot. Unsure what they boil the eggs in (soy sauce maybe) but they were very delicious, loved the bean sprouts, edamame, and fish cakes . Customer service was great and the restaurant was very clean. First time here. I tried the crab Rangoon, poke bowl, and the piña strawberry green tea. Everything was very fresh. The crab Rangoon were average. The sauce for dipping is really good sweet with a little heat. The bell was very filling. I built my own. They give you plenty of protein that you pick. According to the young lady that took my order, they just opened in January of this year. The restaurant interior is attractive and inviting. It features a lot of reds, oranges and browns. It's spacious and attractive, neat and clean. The employees I encountered were very pleasant, friendly and professional. They seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I placed my order for takeout then waited only a few minutes until it was prepared. I snapped a few pics for Yelp since this location didn't yet have a Yelp page. I received my order in an attractive green tote bag with company branding. I was impressed with the attractiveness and quality of the bag. I headed home anticipating a nice meal. I was not disappointed. The food was amazing. The vegetable spring rolls were the perfect crispiness and so flavorful, dipping them in the accompanying dipping sauce took them to another level. The steamed buns are offered in two versions, cashu pork and bulgogi beef. I opted for the beef version and they were very delicious. The meat was super tender and tasty and all the ingredients came together nicely on that soft steamed bun. I was looking forward to the Korean-style chicken wings more than anything. You can choose original soy garlic, spicy soy garlic or half & half. I went for the spicy. Ohhh, baby!!! My wife and I LOVED those wings. Bursting with flavor, they were perfectly prepared in the Korean fashion. The double dipped evenly breaded drums and flats were super crispy and crunchy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Every bite was packed with deliciousness. Here's the summary. Spring rolls - five stars. Bulgogi beef steamed buns - five stars. Chicken wings - five stars. Appearance and cleanliness - five stars. Customer service - five stars. Are you sensing a trend here? Then I left my card there on accident and when i came back to get it the lady gave a wild straightish face laugh then back to a straight face like they were on something. Although I got my food to go, I would love to come back. The place was spotless and lovely. The POS system was very convenient and efficient. Now to the food. Very plain Ramen served by very grumpy people. They gave me Miso when I ordered Shoyu - hey mistakes happen, not a problem. But the hilarious part was when they strained out the broth and refilled the bowl with shoyu base in front of me lol.
