Great spot to stop in for a quick bite. I don't live in the area, so I can't comment on delivery or how Dom's compares to the other pizzerias in the area. But I do drive down Route 4 through Stillwater on occasion and when I'm in the mood for something quick to eat, I usually stop at Dom's. I think the main reason I stop there is that it has a nice parking lot in front and I don't have to worry about on street parking. So when I see Dom's right off the highway it's easy to pull into the lot. Inside, you order at the counter. It's really set up for takeout as there are only two small tables if you want to eat inside. They have a clean bathroom and a trashcan by the front door. The people at the counter have always been friendly and helpful. They serve pizza, subs, wings, and a few entrees. Cheese pizza is available by the slice, but they will throw ingredients on it and heat it up if you want it that way. Subs are decent. One time I got spaghetti to go and it was acceptable, not great. Prices are reasonable. All in all, it's a great place to stop by for a quick and easy snack or takeout meal. Not fancy, but it hits the spot. read more

I don't know how I have not left a review for Dom's. This is our go to pizza place and we sometimes also get subs here. The sauce on their pizza is so good, different than other pizza places in the area. The fried mushrooms are delicious and I've also had a great subs here. Service is usually pretty fast except during peak times like Monday night football which is to be expected. Ambiance is that of a typical pizza place. I have never dined in though so I won't comment further on that. Love this spot and get food here frequently. Recommend!! read more

We called to make an order tonight and the young woman who answered the phone was obviously in a rush. We understand that because it's Friday night but our order is just as important as the next. When we tried to add the tip and confirm she hung up on us. We call back and they hung up on us again. I called from a different phone and asked for a manager who never identified themselves until I asked. Emily, Austin. MGR. did not apologize for the issue but did confirm our order. Normally we have really good service and our delivery drivers are always very courteous friendly and appreciative. Hopefully we won't have any further problems ordering. read more

Why the one-star review? Because Dom's doesn't honor coupons it issues - simple as that. I ordered a medium pizza with two toppings and a two-liter soda, and noted that I had a coupon for $14.97, that had no expiration date. What does an ethical business do? It honors the coupon, no questions asked. What actually happened is they tried to tell me that the prices had increased ("blah, blah, blah...") but I kept saying I had a coupon with no expiration date: "Will you honor the coupon?" Answer: "No". Well, there goes that customer ...forever. I'll take my business elsewhere, if only for the fact that you conduct your business with integrity - a lesson you have yet to learn. read more

My family and I have tried a lot of local pizza joints, but we prefer the taste of Dom's. It wasn't only the pizza that satisfied, but pretty much everything else, such as wings and the various sides/appetizers on their menu. But they get three out of five stars because even after calling in an order and getting there at the time they said our food would be ready, it seems there's usually a wait. I used to work in a pizza shop with a pretty minimal crew and we seemed to do fine near Crossgates, but this pizza place in Stillwater seems to have a lot of staff on in the evenings and they still have trouble. Can't quite wrap my head around that. The customer service end of things is... serviceable. Not good, not bad, but it definiely leaves something to be desired. read more

Don't expect them to make the same Pizza twice they make the bottom of the pizza really thin and hard like cardboard or thick and soft but if you call them to tell them about it they get mad at you and tell you not to order from there after you spent $40 on a pizza they're way overpriced to begin with their attitude suck save your money and your time don't order from them read more

Worst Pizza shop in eastern NY. Let's just say when it takes 1.5 hrs to deliver a pizza then it's time to quit making Pizza. We gave up waiting for it to be delivered to the house and went and picked it up. The pizza had been made over an house and left on top of the oven to dry out. Then they expected a tip. And got very disgruntled with me when I asked for my delivery tip back. Pizza was like cardboard and very tough. Never again. I complained to the Facebook page and nothing came of it. read more

Normally I have a great experience here. Tonight, I only ordered wings and mozzarella sticks to go. I always ask for my wings cooked crispy with extra sauce, usually they're perfect. I got all the way home (Renssselaer) and my wings were dry!! Gross! I hate dry food so I couldn't eat it. I called to address the issue and all they can offer is a $10 credit. They refused to send a driver with the correct order, leaving me at home with nothing to eat. As a diabetic, that was not a good feeling. Also, last time they completely forgot my salad. One word sums up this place...Consitence. Every time I order a pizza here it is always cooked to my liking, and always delivered on time. I have also tried their boneless wings and mozzarella sticks both are great. The next time I order I need to see if they have raspberry sauce for the mozzarella stick. The service here is as good as it gets, always nice and never rude when I place my order. The delivery person is friendly as well. Dom's can best be summed up as pretty good but nothing amazing. I'll randomly order from Dom's, but it's not a frequent pick of mine. I've never had a bad experience with them, I just don't get very excited about their food. If I could I would give 0 stars....I ordered mozz sticks fried mushrooms and a small calzone at 8:25pm on a Wednesday...I get there at 9:00 pm. They haven't even started my mozz sticks or fried mushrooms finally left the place at 9:15 the calzone wasn't cooked the forgot the raspberry sauce and the mushrooms were burnt....mind you they had 6 people working.....I will never go back to that place... Have you see the prices. The pizza sizes are smaller than the other shops in town an more expensive. Don't let the x-large 18 inch fool you. The regular large elsewhere is exactly the same.
