Last night i ordered a thin meat lovers, crispy and it was perfectly done with the perfect amount of toppings so they weren't rolling off and the dough was crisp and not a bit soggy. This used to be our "go to" place. We loved their pizza and wings and even salad dressing. Then we went on the bandwagon of not eating carbs for a long and I mean a long long time. But today, we decided let's just have a cheat day and have our favorite pizza. What we always used to get. An extra crispy Pizza with banana peppers sausage and extra pepperoni. Let's start with the prices. Okay so I know it's 2026 but charging 2.69 per topping on a MEDIUM pizza. That's a little ridiculous. Then when it comes which was within a reasonable time the pizza box was soaked in grease and the pizza itself was beyond soggy. It was the WORST pizza we have ever had and we're so disappointed when we were looking forward to treating ourselves to something we once loved. Found this gem while staying at a nearby motel and they offered delivery!! Went to their app ordered a stromboli, jalapeño poppers, a cookie and a soda. Within 30-35 minutes, I had my order at my room. Delivery attendant was very nice, friendly and professional. My stromboli was awesome (even the half left over the next day!) And the poppers were delicious, too. Same for the cookie, and of course, the soda. I'll definitely try this place again when back in town. read more

Got pizza, chicken, wings & parm sub. Pickup because they don't deliver where I live. Wings were shoved into a tiny container which spilled all over the bag it was in. Parm sub was so dry and had more bread than chicken. Pizza joints are getting worst and their prices are getting higher. read more

Dom's has been a staple for many many years in the Latham area. It recently moved from one side of the street to the other. This was good! It now allows in-house dining, more room for both the workers and those who want dinner. Ordered two medium pizzas; the works and a white broccoli with ricotta. Both were quite good. Pizza's had plenty of toppings and broccoli had sufficient garlic to make me happy. One pizza would most likely have been enough, but then, where's the variety? So yes, we ordered two. Also ordered a small antipasto. My only complaint is that the lettuce was wet! I mean wet enough that you needed a paper towel to remove the puddle that was on the bottom. Other than that, it was a good salad with artichokes, chopped deli meats and so much more. Dom's will continue to be in our rotation. read more

My pizza tasted old like it was reheated a couple of times. I sat a a table that was close to a restroom as there were no other seats available. The restroom was being worked on as the worker had a mop and bucket, not to mention a vaccum that was used a couple of times during my lunch. These guys killed it! I walked in to a extremely busy location. Everyone was running around doing something. The front door was revolving with customers coming in and out. As I approached the counter I was immediately greeted. I didn't know what I wanted so he told me to let him know when I was ready. I ordered the lasagna with meatballs. They only have refrigerated drinks. No fountain. I waited for order after 15 min I started to think they forgot about me & order. A couple min later the gentleman behind counter brings my food. OMG'NESS!!! Yummy, yummy, yummy. These gots cool everything FRESH! NOTHING IT'S PRE-MADE! Food was hot, quality was high and flavor was intense. I agree with a lot of Michelle's comments - skimpy, unevenly distributed toppings are at the head of my peeves with Dom's. Visiting the area for a conference, I ordered a $16 medium pie, half Reuben, half Chicken Wing (pic: http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/hxEPX7yWputwImUN9k8v8w?userid=evRwCG9m-lwfL5TeCwrAhg#-RLTAiyft73Q2_wcWrjVXQ). On the Reuben side, I counted five shriveled up strips of corned beef, each about 2-3" in length, and 1" in width. Why not cut each of those strips into smaller pieces to better cover the pie? Also, the corned beef was clearly cooked separately (as it should be, for health reasons), however it probably would have been much juicier had they topped the freshly-made pizza during the last few minutes in the oven, rather than keeping the corned beef in the oven for the entire cook time. The corned beef was effectively cooked twice, and came out extremely dry and borderline brittle. Appropriately, the corned beef and sauerkraut were laid over a bed of melted swiss (with a side of thousand island) to complete the Reuben half of the pie. Although also unevenly distributed, the Chicken Wing half was definitely better, and the cubes of chicken were juicy and savory. Not to be confused with their similarly-described "Buffalo Chicken" slice/pie, the "Chicken Wing" one comes with buffalo sauce and chicken over mozzarella cheese with a side of bleu for dipping. I'm not exactly sure how the Buffalo Chicken differs, but I clearly remember it being different than any buffalo chicken pizza offered at any other pizzeria I've ever been to in my life. They should either switch the names of the two variations, or eliminate one to avoid confusion. Overall, it seems that Dom's is the fan favorite for an area seemingly lacking in local (non-chain) food options, however I wouldn't go so far as to call them the best (as they proclaim) by any measure. I've only had two of their specialty pie flavors, so can't comment on anything else. I can suspect that a lot of their out of town business comes from local advertising - their name and coupons were on the back of my hotel room key card after all! read more

Update: Ordered an 8-cut with sausage & mushrooms for delivery (and I tip drivers big !), and it looked like they dumped 150 pcs. of sausage on it and 10 mushrooms. So much sausage that we took off about 3/4 and had more than enough to make two large home-made pizza's the next weekend. Overall Dom's is good food for it's class, but the prices are too high compared to all the other 20+ pizza shops we have between them and rt. 146. My family ordered from here the other night, and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement as we've ordered from here for several years. We had close to a $100 order. Half of our order was correct and the other was not. Many things we had asked for were not put on our subs, and things we had asked to be left out were still put on there. Had it not been for the lack of friendliness, I probably would've looked past everything and chose to order elsewhere next time. When I picked the order up, the first thing that was said to me (other than calling me to the register) was a snarky remark that it's only $1 extra per sub for a large instead of a medium. With the cost of our order, I just think it's rude to ask someone to spend even more, when we ordered medium subs intentionally, knowing that a medium sub would be the appropriate amount and not let the rest go to waste. We also had an order of garlic parm wings, that were dry and had no flavor to them. They packed it in a to go container that was very visibly broken, which I searched the bag for, and the missing piece was not even in the bag. The wings barely had mild sauce on them, probably because it seeped through the container, but there was ZERO garlic parm on them. I ended up calling because of the various errors with our order and they blamed it on the fact that we used their online ordering system, and next time I should just call with my order. After looking over my receipt, the correct order was printed out, but wasn't reflected in the food they gave us. So why offer online ordering if you're just going to blame your issues on that and tell customers to call instead? We've given Dom's several chances after having minor errors, but the next time we will choose to order elsewhere, where we won't be given an attitude because they messed up. read more

I stayed in Latham for a night and by the time I got in, I did not want to drive anywhere for food, so I ordered Dom's. they seemed to have an extensive menu full of all the standard pizza shop stuff. I want with the most basic option and got a small cheese and pepperoni pizza. When I called to order, I felt like I was greatly inconveniencing the man who answered on the other end. He was very short and quick. I understand that answering the phone at a pizza restaurant can be a stressful and fast-paced task, but when I call to order food, I want to have confidence in my preparer. I want to feel like they care about the food they are making, and this guy just cared about getting me off the phone. I was quoted a 40 minute waiting time. The delivery man came right to my door in the hotel where I was staying and was very very friendly. He knocked nicely and was friendly, so I appreciated that. The pizza itself was just fine. If I needed to get pizza in Latham again, I would be open to trying a new spot or coming back here again. Overall Dom's is okay. read more

My Sister and myself ordered 90$ worth of food. We traveled 25 mins to get our order. The food was AWFUL !! 25 cut pizza was dry and burnt and full of dough bubbles. Had delivery of Garlic Parm wings (asked for well done) and a Chicken Parm Torpedo. #1 wings done perfectly well done, although I love hot wings, so glad I got Garlic/Parm as they were awesome! #2 Chick Parm Torpedo was a bit smaller then I expected, yet the chicken, cheese and grilled onions I asked for were perfect.
