I can always count on getting a fresh, well-made salad every time I order. However, other aspects of the menu tend to fluctuate. The soups are hit-or-miss; there are days when they are delicious, but other times they are served cold and taste slightly off. My biggest recurring issue is with order accuracy regarding their chocolate-dipped strawberries. I specifically request a plain dipped strawberry because the hard candy pearls on the decorated ones hurt my teeth. Despite making this request, I frequently get home only to find they packed the strawberry with the hard toppings anyway. I loved the flavour and the thick cut of their bread, but it didn't have much structure and fell apart easily as I was eating which made the sandwich very messy. The tomato basil soup was a little different. It was slightly creamy but brothy and a little chunky - not a smooth puree. Again, it tasted great and was nice and light, which was a good contrast to the very rich sandwich. It was a little slow, especially considering they weren't that busy.
