I was told by the dealership one price "Out the door" but now Due to miscalculations of car usage tax by the dealership, I now have to pay what was NOT correctly paid with penalty and fees that I was totally unaware of. Apparently, they only paid a partial tax on the car to get us out the door THEN to add more insult to injury they send a letter saying that they aren't responsible for the miscalculation of tax! As person that has purchased multiple cars in Kentucky I have NEVER had to deal with this with any other dealership! Not mention the issues that I've had with the car since we purchased- water pump, starter, O2 sensor, oil leaks... NEVER AGAIN IM Very upset and WILL not purchase another vehicle from this place. I advise you not to purchase either.
