I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy go to Don Moore. They are scum bags, liars, and cheaters! They sold me a horrible car that I have taken to multiple people and they have all said there was no way Don Moore didn't know the car had these issues. I have people refusing to buy this car because they said it was in such bad shape. I tried to contact Don Moore himself and he never returned my phone call. I was quoted a monthly payment of $267/mo. and told my payment may even be cheaper once the sales manager had a chance to play with the numbers. Went back the next day to sign the paperwork and my monthly payment was quoted to me at $399/mo. I was confused about the drastic discrepancy between what I was quoted the day before, and asked to speak to a manager. A man named Chad came over to speak to me. He was the most RUDE and unprofessional man I've ever dealt with. I speak with my hands a lot - well, Chad mocked my every gesture, mocked my facial expressions, and was sarcastic and belittling toward me. I was humiliated at the way he was mocking me. Gary was very pleasant to deal with, but Chad is an asshole. read more

Called about a specific vehicle on the website and set up a time to stop by an look at it. Drove 30 miles and when we showed up the car was in the service department waiting on a part. We were originally told we couldn't test drive it but did end up getting to. This should have been our first sign that customer service is not a top priority. If they new the car was being serviced they should have told us it wasn't going to be available to see that evening. We ended up coming back the next day to purchase the vehicle after the repair had been made. The buying process went fine with the exception of being told they do not negotiate on the prices of their cars. We drove home that night with the vehicle. Within the next 2 weeks we drove approximately 600 miles. The check engine, traction control and maintenance required lights all came on at basically the same time. We were on the road when this happened so we stopped by a Toyota Dealer and they plugged in the computer to run the diagnostic test. This took all of 2 minutes and we were told a code that represented a part that needed to be replaced - they didn't even consider charging us. This was really frustrating seeing as we had only had the vehicle for 2 weeks so we called Don Moore to explain the situation. Not one time did anyone express any sympathy or did they ever say "this is very unusual". We got the feeling that it was business as usual for them to sell a car that then needed repairs in only 600 driving miles. While waiting to see if they would even consider a free service check, we stopped to get gas and the car would not start - it was completely dead. 2 hours later, and $125 dollars, we had to replace the battery. We then called to explain this and again express our frustration and again not one time were told they were sorry. They told us to bring the car in and that they would cover the diagnostic test price. We again drove the 30 miles to wait 2 HOURS for them to run the same test the other Toyota Dealership ran in TWO MINUTES - FOR FREE. Don Moore was going to charge $60 something for this test and then another $250 to repair the part. We were told that they would cover the $60 but the rest would be up to us. Needless to say, the OEM part cost us $65 dollars and 2 minutes to replace. Overall, this was terrible customer service. Not once were we made to feel like our business was appreciated. I wouldn't be surprised if most people only buy one time from Don Moore and then choose another area Toyota Dealer for future purchases and even service. read more

I am very frustrated with them!! To start with one of their "top" salesmen asked me for a price rage and type of vehicle. When I told him what I was looking for and a price range he laughed and told me not to waste his time or mine. So I went and bought a very nice 2010 Traverse under warrenty from Roberts Brothers Automart. They did not have what I was looking for but called me up with one they found before I could drive home from their lot. It was a very good resonable price. I am not happy with how Don Moore's salesman treated me. Well the service department is not much better. I am currently having service work done. They have ordered the wrong parts and they did not look at a couple thing that I mention on my 1 st trip. I am picking up my vehicle today for having the trim parts put on, but I wonder if they will have to order the trim prices that I told them about the first time that they did not look at. They sent me in a loaner vehicle that was not big enough for my family. I had to keep it over night and was told I could pick up mine at 7 am by the service department. I get their to wait before 7 am and wad informed by a worker that they do not open on Saturdays till 7:30. My husband has also had to go over the service department' s head to get work done on his 2011 truck he purchased new from them. I would advoid Don Moore ( at least Hwy 54) if at all possible. read more
