My friend and I had wanted to pop into a jeweler - so we tried one downtown Morgan Hill but it was closed Monday. So I google search for others and we headed over to Harry's. Closed until 1:30pm- we walked next door to Hobby Lobby to shop around a bit. Then went back. Walking inside the store you can tell that this is not really a jewelry store - it is more a custom made jewelry store where Jack will make your dreams come true. I saw from the sign that he will rhodium your white gold jewelry - and seeing that one of my rings needed some work done - left it with him ($75) to work on. Now this is one of my favorite rings, with my dad's baguettes from his wedding ring in it, made for me from a different jeweler - but I felt comfortable with Jack to do this. I just had a feeling I could trust him. About two weeks later when I had the time to go back (He had told me 3 days) I was able to make it into his store - and the ring just looked great, polished with the rhodium placed back on it to protect it as best it could. Now with the trust built in with his work - I asked him to make my wedding band for me. And he is working on that now. I'll b back soon to leave another review on that item!

The dress is beaded all the way around with very thick material hand sewn, so finding someone to help with alterations in a short amount of time was very stressful. I called Marie La Beau, and the next day she got me in for a fitting. All I needed was to find fabric and ribbon and she handled everything else. She was done with my dress not even 24 hours later! I initially came to AT&T because I was having trouble with an alternate provider and despite multiple attempts to address the issue, they simply failed. So I came to AT&T. At first, it was great! Good speed, good ability to manage my internet and those who used my WIFI. But suddenly, it got zapped! I'm not 100% sure what the issue was, but it went from super fast... reasonably fast... to impossible to work. Getting a live person on the phone is UTTERLY IMPOSSIBLE!! Getting a live person to chat with is COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE!!! I finally get someone live and they say that my plan was changed! Not only that, but someone had hacked my Wifi. Okay, that's simple enough to address. Change the password. Still, my Wifi is impossibly slow. I called and FINALLY got someone live after an hour wait for a call back... plus another 20 minutes on hold! This is absurd! I get someone live and they tell me the plan was changed... WHY?? WHO AUTHORIZED YOU TO CHANGE MY PLAN?? Regardless, I tell them to put it back! I get it back and then cant get half of my items to connect to wifi. I put in the right password, and it tells me, its the wrong password. EVERYTHING IS S...L...O...W...!!!!!! The glaciers could completely melt before some things load! I asked to have someone come out and scheduled the appointment easy enough. The guy is late, and then calls me saying he knows my issue- that I have too many things connected. Ummm... no? I was in search of a shop that can digitize a Vietnam War Navy Veteran emblem and create a custom embroidery patch out of it so we can place it on his casket. Everywhere I called told me it would take 2~3 weeks. Linda assured me she can get it done in a week. Although I lived in San Jose, I made the drive down to Gilroy and worked with her shop. She was super helpful and pleasant to work with. Sure enough, she provided me the 4qty 12" embroidered patches on time and it was beautiful. Many other veterans also thought it was a beautiful piece of embroidery and has requested one for them-self. I have since then requested additional patches for my dad's fellow veterans. She took a very long time coming to the counter but she was very kind and apologized. They are the only decal place around so that's a plus that they were in Gilroy. She gave us a couple swatches so that we can match the color of the motorcycle. When we came back in we gave her the number of the swatch that matched the color. She said it would be three days. When we came in three days later they were not ready yet. So we asked her to call us when they were ready. It was four days later. Sigh. Well at least we got em. But we won't be ordering any more decals. Thanks but no thanks.

The quality is similar to Aldo, lower end mid tier shoes. I stopped at the outlets looking for a certain style of boot and Steve Madden was the only place I could find what I was looking for with the right colors. They are an outlet so they may not have the size you are looking for but if they do have your size you should get a pretty good price. I liked the customer service on my visit and they had all the sizes I was looking for. It was quick and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. It's tucked away in the corner of the outlet.
