There's a staff member named Angel who works here who helped me and I can't give him enough praise for how kind he was, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped me with my exchange to the brand new IPhone Pro Max and it took a long time to transfer all the data. He was the perfect example of what you would want in customer service. His coworker Kevin was also so kind to help me, I'm really grateful I came in while these two gentleman were working! They answered every question and were so patient with me. Thank you so much guys! It was good... then it went to pot. I'm trying to write this review about the internet services, but it seems I can only write it for this store- so they get the blast and can hopefully pass it on to corporate. I initially came to AT&T because I was having trouble with an alternate provider and despite multiple attempts to address the issue, they simply failed. So I came to AT&T. At first, it was great! Good speed, good ability to manage my internet and those who used my WIFI. But suddenly, it got zapped! I'm not 100% sure what the issue was, but it went from super fast... reasonably fast... to impossible to work. Getting a live person on the phone is UTTERLY IMPOSSIBLE!! Getting a live person to chat with is COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE!!! I finally get someone live and they say that my plan was changed! Not only that, but someone had hacked my Wifi. Okay, that's simple enough to address. Change the password. Still, my Wifi is impossibly slow. I called and FINALLY got someone live after an hour wait for a call back... plus another 20 minutes on hold! This is absurd! I get someone live and they tell me the plan was changed... WHY?? WHO AUTHORIZED YOU TO CHANGE MY PLAN?? Regardless, I tell them to put it back! I get it back and then cant get half of my items to connect to wifi. I put in the right password, and it tells me, its the wrong password. EVERYTHING IS S...L...O...W...!!!!!! The glaciers could completely melt before some things load! I asked to have someone come out and scheduled the appointment easy enough. The guy is late, and then calls me saying he knows my issue- that I have too many things connected. Ummm... no? It wasnt a problem a week ago! Why is it suddenly a new problem now? What changed?? Nothing on my end! So then I get hit with the line, "I can come out, but it's going to cost you $150". I beg your FRIGGIN PARDON?? I am NOT paying you to fix something I'm already paying for! After resetting the devices several times, I still have super slow wifi, and STILL cannot connect some items to wifi. That's IT! CANCEL MY SERVICES! I call and am forced to deal with the GOD-AWFUL Automated system AGAIN! CANCEL SERVICES!!! "Let me connect you with someone live..." OH?? NOW you can suddenly connect me with a live person? NOPE! "Sorry, our offices are closed! Please call back during this time frame, central time". Okay... let's try chat!! "Sorry, our automated system cannot connect you with someone live- offices are closed". HEY AT&T, Im changing my payment info and you can come get your crap before I drop it in the trash. That includes the crappy satellite dishes you left on my house from previous customers. Guess you're too lazy to take care of customers! read more

Despite being so busy at this location during my visit, Diego and Rafael have been excellent employees. They were so knowledgeable and very courteous and professional. I traded in 2 iPhone XS models for newer iPhone Pro models and Diego made the process simple and quick. I didn't experience Rafael's service personally, but observing him with other customers was a great testimony that he is passionate and good at what he does. OMG! There is this employee at our AT&T store, young man, his name Rafael! He is just amazing, always in a positive, spiritual mood & willing to help the customers that come in. Most of the time we have questions so it not even a sale which a few of them work on commission! I hope the manager above Rafael knows what an AWESOME WORKER & employee he has for that store! I know from past experience he makes a BIG DIFFERENCE how we leave once Rafael fixes the issue. No he is not related to me at ALL, I just noticed his last name is like mine, mine I usually use "Da Silva". I'm Portuguese, I'm not sure if Rafael is. I was originally a customer of Cingular wireless. AT&T bought them out a while back and so we became customers of AT&T. The local store we have here in Hollister California is an authorized retailer. The service here is terrible. Long waits! even if there's only one person in line you can expect to wait at least 20 minutes. And nine times out of 10 the question or the service you need they can't provide. This place was once known as parrot cellular. They now hide behind the name of AT&T. If you can avoid going to this store, by all costs avoid going here. Very poor customer service. read more

Save yourself a migraine and go elsewhere. Absolutely horrible customer service. I think they make up the rules up as they go. They certainly say one thing to you and another on the contract. Either way, they are still wrong, and had no business charging me $270 cancellation fee on a device that was free. We did not cancel our service, just bought a $1000 phone and moved said free phone to another line within the same service. Contract even states can do so, and they did not say no when we did the switch. So, once again, I have to go to AT&T corporate to fix my bill (mind you this is twice in less than a year I have had to do this). read more

I wish I could have got his name... But the heavy set assistant manager working the closing shift tonight April, 10 2016 was quite rude and more interested in closing the store and going home than he was doing an exchange for me... The LG G5 I bought last Saturday has defective volume button and I just wanted a simple exchange. First he asked me if I had the box and papers and what not and I said use the box off of the new one... I don't need another box... He said he would have to charge me 50 bucks if I didn't have the box. I produced the box then he was looking the brand new phone over very closely and found that the glass was not totally flush against the frame and said it was damaged and he couldn't do the exchange. I looked at it and saw what he was talking about pushed gently on the glass and it went right back into place. I said that it was no longer damaged and he said it was still damaged without looking at it and when I asked him to at least look at it he asked me to leave the store or he was calling the police.... I asked him again very nicely to just look at the phone and show me the damage because there was none and he repeated the threat so I left with my broken... 650 dollar phone.... I will never go to this store again... And I will file a complaint with at&t read more
