He repaired my original setting, replaced my stone with a beautiful lab-grown opal, and helped me creatively use inherited family jewelry toward the project. I have walked past this place so many times when in Westgate mall. I talked to them about what was going on and how I also wanted to smooth out the side prongs because they were digging into my finger. They suggested I run it all through insurance first so we could get as much of it covered. I came back when I got the okay from my insurance and Dom helped me out! We discussed what was going to be done, he gave me some tips on things we could do for my ring in the future to prevent it from bending a prong again, and then we got the quote. Hands down the best place to get your jewelers fixed! They finished it in about a week and it looks better than when I first got it! The prongs on the center stone are perfect, and the ones for the side diamonds look amazing! They were able to smooth them down a bit but then add more material to make sure they are nice and snug! Can't recommend this place enough! I will definitely be coming back to upgrade my ring a little more!

He mentioned that even if we lost the receipt, they would still honor the warranty because they put dates on the batteries. How smart! I had been here years ago and didn't think twice about coming back. It's just that I hadn't wear watches that need batteries for a long time. Will be back again for sure, though.
