I came in with 2 watches - one from Burberry and a second from Tag. Gentleman assisted me right away (there was no one else in the store) and quoted me $29.99 to replace the battery in each watch. Burberry and Tag are both in the "upper" bracket where it's more expensive. Gentleman quoted 15-20 minutes to fix them and mentioned I can wait or come back. I waited. Weekends can get pretty busy so prepare to drop off and come back unless you get in first thing. Week days are also better if you'd rather wait. Battery replacement costs are based on the brand with 3 tiers. Note they don't work in ultra-premium, luxury brands. Closed on Sundays and Mondays. Definitely my go-to for watch repairs. read more
