I've been to this company twice for auto body work and both times they've proven to be honest and quick. The first time was for a problem with the passenger door and they made sure to do the best job possible and it turned out fantastic. The second time was for being rear ended while parked and not only can you not tell that the car was ever hit but they did the work literally overnight. Best repair shop I have used ever! Eric Granda was my appraiser he spent more time looking over my car then any of the other repair shops. I went to 5 other repair shops for quotes and they all seemed cold and repetitive. the other shops didn't even want to look at my car unless they got the job. Eric was very friendly and explained the estimate thoroughly. It didn't take long to get the car in for repairs either. When I dropped the car off Don greeting me at the front door with a hand shake and a smile! It was supposed to be a 5 day repair job but the got it done in 4 days. I've had such a great experience coming here I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else again. I initially went to a different autobody shop before I came here, recommended by a family member, and was charged a ridiculous amount to install simple bumper lips. (I won't disclose that location cause my family member asked me not to.) I wanted to help out their business anyway and knew I'd be taking a little hit but the work fell out within two weeks and they wanted to charge me an additional $200 to fix it. That's when I approached Don asking for a quote. I told Don my story and he gave me a detailed rundown on what can be done to fix it. Brought my car here because of the Yelp reviews. I was honestly astonished at the incredible customer service. They instantly made me feel welcomed and treated me like an old family friend. Don (the owner) sat me down and got me a quote within 20 minutes or so. He not only gave me a quote, but talked to me about the specifics of the quote and how the insurance process works. Needless to say I brought my car there to get repaired. When it was done I picked up my car and inspected the work and found the work to be perfectly done. Paint was matched and looked amazing. A day later I went to use the auto-trunk and it wasn't working. I called up Don and he told me to bring it right in. We found that the latch mechanism was broken (coincidence) even though they never took that area apart. Don was amazing and had one of his guys take it all apart and trouble shoot it. He (free of charge) replaced the lock mechanism even though they weren't necessarily responsible. They took the customer service thing very serious. Thank you guys for the 1st class experience. This shop is the real deal! Shout out to Erick Granda for helping me with my bumper and pointing out damages that I didn't even know exist. I ran over something on the free way that cracked my bumper and apparently did damage to my suspension and washer fluid reservoir. Erick brought it to my attention and my insurance covered it. Well we had another "uh-oh". My husband backed the car into a gate and caused some serious damage. After our previous experiences at Don Valenzuela's Auto Body, we didn't even consider anyplace else. When we arrived we were treated like old friends. Because of some previous incidents we decided to handle this repair without insurance company involvement. Don and his guys did great work and were able to salvage the car panel rather than replace it. Since our car has a single piece for the entire side of the car, I can only imagine what that saved us. And the quality of the repair didn't suffer because of it. The car looks exactly like it did when we bought it! When I picked up the car Don noticed that it had dust on it and had his guys wash it again. Come on, if that's not platinum service then platinum service doesn't exist! While I was waiting, we caught up on some of the artwork he's been completing. This guy isn't just a exceptional businessman and auto body expert, he's a talented artist as well. Ultimately, quality work at a fair price is what makes this a great repair shop. However, Don and Roseanne, with their welcoming establishment and personable interactions, make it an OUTSTANDING body shop. I first met Don several months ago when he did a house call for my buddy who needed his BMW repaired. Jokingly, Don gave me his business card when I mentioned that my wife's vehicle needed repair too. My buddy decided on having Don make the repairs to his vehicle and got it back sooner than expected. When I saw the repairs made to his vehicle, I asked him what he thought about the work done. He told me that Don did a great job and was very satisfied with the work. Fast forward to this month, I had contacted Don about repairing my wife's vehicle. I told him that I was going to be in town for an extended weekend and we were able to work out the details as to how long the necessary repair was going to take. On top of that, the quote I received from Don was very reasonable in my mind. I know that if I were to have the same work done where I live, it would have been much more. I arrived in town at 0630am on a Wednesday morning and met Don at his shop. He opened up the office and upon entering, met his dog, and saw his incredible artwork hanging on the walls. These were the paintings my buddy had mentioned to me. Don was more than happy to share his artwork with me and I appreciated his artistic talent. He offered me a cup of coffee while we chatted, did some paper work, and waited for my ride. For an Auto Body shop, his office is nicely set up, clean, and had that inviting atmosphere to it. When he took me back to the garage area to show me where he does his artwork, I noticed that the work area was kept orderly and as clean as a garage work space could be. Knowing my time frame of how long I was going to be in town and I tried to afford as much time as he would need, Don told me that he was going to have his guy work on my vehicle exclusively when he came in. I did notice several other vehicles in the garage. By Thursday afternoon I received a call from Don telling me that the repair was done and that he would call be back around 5pm for pick up because they had to wash my vehicle. Well Don called me back before 5pm and knowing that he would be out of town of Friday, told me that he wanted to be able to hand me the keys when I came by to pick it up. I arrived at the shop, saw the repair made to my wife's vehicle, and all I have to say is Don's shop does EXCELLENT work!!! I was more than satisfied with the job done and it was done quicker than I would have imagined. I walked into the office and me his wife Rosanne for the first time. She had my key fob attached to one of their key rings, a coffee mug with biscotti as a parting gift. After paying my bill, she called Don in from the garage and I was able to thank both of them. They epitomize how businesses no matter how small or large should treat their customers. Had I just stumbled into their shop for the first time, well this was my first time, but without the reference from my buddy, I would have given them my business just based on my first contact with them via email and then follow up by phone calls. WOW! Had an amazing experience at Don Valenzuela's body shop today. Went in without an appointment because I was concerned of something dangling underneath my car. My husband had been there once for body work and was very pleased. I walked in and was greeted by the family dog and Barbara as Don was finishing an appointment. Don's was recommended by my father-in-law, but I still got a quote from a competitor as well since insurance was taking car of it. Well, Don's Autobody ONLY does top shelf, complete work - no cutting corners and no second-hand materials. But, he was able to offer other resources; he recommended another individual (another businesses) that performed less extensive work at a lesser cost. Now, THAT is "customer-focused" service! The price quoted and billed was very reasonable, the work top notch and my car was returned to me (twice!) looking cleaner and shinier than if it had taken a trip through Red Carpet.
