Here is the story: My furnace stopped working on the Christmas Day, due to a pressure switch issue. Called around town, only Roy replied my phone call, and scheduled a visit first thing next morning. Then early in the morning, Chris called me before arrival, and ran diagnostic immediately. He confirmed my speculation and it was indeed because of a bad pressure switch. He changed that quickly, meanwhile, gave me some education about my 18-year old furnace and parts, how to maintain it and Check for signs of issues. Everything was done within less than 1 hour. Lastly, the bill was not that expensive as I experienced before, given such an emergency call after Christmas. Parts cost is comparable to those online or local shop, labor fee is reasonable. I shared my story of being extorted for the same issue with 2-3 times of the cost compare to Gamin's, Chris said "we don't do this type of stuff, wanna make sure customer are happy and comfortable living in their house, and we can sleep well at night.".
