Jordan thoroughly inspected my unit and troubleshooted the potential causes for the "weird noise". Once he identified the issue, he quickly checked to see if the needed part was available. He stripped the water intake connection had I to replace the water connect on the washer and left me with a dismantled washer as he didnt know how the replace the connect. He then would not return to fix what he broke. I had to buy a new washer. Lost @ $1000 with John taking the 2 units and braking the washer which I then had to buy a new one.

Aleksandr was very professional and informative, explained how my air condition and furnace functions on a conceptual and mechanical level, it was a very impressed. He also attempted to see if my unit was repairable instead of suggesting to replace my entire system.... other HVAC companies did not take the time to inspect my unit like Aleksandr did! He was very honest and straight forward. Unfortunately my unit was not repairable due what my previous installer removing the serial and product number and this was done by my previous installer to prevent me from claiming warranty which is why I stress the importance of getting a quality hvac installer. My newly installed unit is working great, absolutely no issues. Aleksandr also helped me setup my new air conditioner warranty as well. The price was also the best compared to the other 2 hvac companies that stopped by to check out my broken system. Overall was a great experience.
