They were able to take care of all the permitting requirements, and helped educate us on what is and isn't part of historical preservation reviews. (The roof was not). The only critical feedback would be that the tear off group they hired for preparing the roof were a bit harder to predict when they would and wouldn't be working, but that only lasted a day. I called around to roof repair companies begging someone to come out before the drywall gave way and flooded my bedroom. I got a hold of Roof Guys and they promised to squeeze me in. They came out and quickly found the problem - a leaky flashing around the chimney. They had to remove the tiles in the area, put a water tight seal on the flashing, then replace the tiles. I was impressed with how quickly they zeroed in on the problem and happy that they could finish the repair that day. This is definitely a 5-Star Company. They were courteous and professional and knew exactly how to fix my roof leak. That company spent three hours trying to upsell but Casey didn't. I wish all contractors could be like him--on time, not flakey, efficient, and transparent. We had 5 bids placed, and they weren't the most expensive, but they were definitely not the cheapest either. The salesman seemed knowledgeable and wasn't too pushy. The scheduling was pretty flexible and the communication was decent. However, the week the job started, the sales manager was out of town and didn't let me know. I had no contact person to determine how the job was going, and had no one sending pics or available to answer questions about possible damage and leaks from the previous roof that I had concerns about. I finally received an email (later in the week) from the owner minimizing my concerns and still not giving any contact info from someone actually on site. On Friday, he then lets me know (no call, just email) that the gutters hadn't been done because the machine broke, and would probably be the following week. I responded with guests would be there and we had limited time. The next day we see that men showed up to do the gutters (didn't tell me they were coming) with a rented machine. The final problem was Monday. I emailed the owner again and said I wanted to look over things before the final payment, and he said Monday was my last chance before the building inspector showed up, and I would have to be there early. So I took off work, drove up there for 9am and there was no one in sight. I got on the roof with my blower, only to discover the gutter guards were not installed. When the guys showed up about an hour later) I was told that I wasn't supposed to have them. I said check again, and then they realized their mistake. I also spent 45 mins blowing the roof and gutters off. I emailed the owner again asking for a phone call to discuss some issues, and he basically blew me off. I received a follow up call from the sales manager a few days later. He was apologetic, but also a little defensive when I pushed back on some of his arguments. There were no concessions made for the timing issues, missed items, or my time that was wasted. So, my take overall: roof install looks good, price was ok (on the high side), communication during the job was awful, and the customer service response post completion was poor.

They were hired to come out and fix a few things, took them forever to get started on the work. The work they did do was shoddy at best, in my opinion. When it finally was decided they needed to replace the shower they missed two of their own projected deadlines with two days where they didn't call and didn't show up. I was really kind to them and cool about it, but when I finally complained and asked them to finish the job Scott sent me an aggressive text message, blowing up at me, and telling me that complaining would not make the work better or faster. He then projected the shower would be done Wednesday of last week, they missed that deadline. They also did not finish Thursday the next day when they came back. What happened instead was they dumped all kinds of waste material and left broken tile all over my yard while spitting their nicotine chew pouches directly into my kids playset. My daughter cut her foot and was playing with the nicotine pouches, thankfully she didn't eat them. She has autism, and they knew this. I also caught Cody bringing moldy baseboard into the home to place onto the wall. I can only assume that they were retaliating against me for complaining as they threatened to do. They damaged the floor where they pried out the old shower pan, did some shoddy repairs that don't seem up to code, and lied about being on the phone providing their licensing information to the property management company. Left the property dirty with waste everywhere. Continually left their trash in and around my home. When you look the company up, the only record of anyone having any kind of license is Cody who was suspended back in 2024. There is also no record of any kind of reinstatement for the suspension. Their pricing also does not seem to have good value to it and is fairly expensive in my opinion, considering they are so resistant to provide a simple license number and do not seem to take pride in their work or clean up according to my observations. I would highly suggest avoiding these guys, with as many people who will readily and willingly provide their licensing information you have no need to go to people like this. Just read the reviews, they seem to do things like this quite frequently.

So this company is so unprofessional that some guy employee ( says his name is Mikey) calls me…read moreleaves a voicemail ( never contacted them) saying he's in my neighborhood ( doesn't say who he even works for) but leaves a very lengthy voicemail saying he's in the neighborhood and how he stopped at my house and my roof has issues. All a lie. My roof is fine and my husband is a contractor do...And illegal to be on my property if he was on my roof and gets hurt. Seriously bad customer service. And to top it off our door has a no solicitation so guess he can't read either. I'd give a 0 if an option.
