The entire experience was a nightmare!! The first one was "a failure". Ok fine, it had to come out & a new one put in. It literally took months for everything to heal in between visits & what not. I was due for a follow-up in October of 2020, in the heat of Covid. Allegedly I missed this appointment. In December of 2020 I, along with my family, contracted Covid. I was hospitalized & on oxygen. Christmas Eve, 2020, my mother passed from Covid. My father was hospitalized for 3 months, then released in my care due to dementia. Allegedly I missed another appointment in January of 2021 while I was healing & grieving the death of my mother. Fast forward to today, the implant is giving me issues. It's tender, sore & I was told by my dentist that there's some bone loss. I call Dr. Sindoni's office to get back in there to see what's going on & I'm informed by STEPHANIE, that I'm a "non-compliant" patient for allegedly no-showing at my previous appointments. I explained to her what happened & where my life, head & heart were at the time & she didn't care! All she kept saying was that I was non-compliant. Then our next visit was the extraction itself. The first day was rough - my son was in a lot of pain - and I had gone through this about 13 years ago as an adult and I remember that pain! But after the first day, he was doing much better. I would say by day 8 all swelling and pain was completely gone and he could eat normal again. We needed no phone calls or follow up visits. It was very simple start to finish, and I am glad we got this out of the way so he doesn't have to worry about it as an adult the way I did.

Amazing experience! I went in for all four wisdom teeth extraction this morning. I was very nervous…read moreand scared as I am very sensitive to everything and have high anxiety about everything, I also did not have a good experience with laughing gas years ago with another dentist. Therefore I was very hesitant and scared to receive iv sedation. The team started by getting my vitals then Dr.Nigalye inserted my IV and started the fluids and sedatives, after that all I remember was waking up with gauze. They helped me get my sweater on and walked me to my car. I am only about 4 hours post op and my sedation has completely worn off with no side effects, local anesthesia is still there. Amazing experience so far, we will see how the healing process goes:) thank you to Dr. Nigalye and your team, thank you for the lake effect frozen hot chocolate ice cream as well, I ate it all in 20 minutes!

Surgeon is extremely rude and does not answer any questions you may have prior to the surgery. I have a heart condition so it was important for me to go in and ask questions as i needed clearance from the cardiologist to even get my wisdom teeth out. However the surgeon ignored them and pushed me out of the constellation. When getting my wisdom teeth removed i had anxiety- as any one does getting them out. He threaten to not do them for me and began packing his things out of the room to leave. LESS THAN 3 minutes of even taking me back there. I am only 23 and expressed multiple times i have anxiety which none of them seemed to believe. Every person there looked at me like i was crazy. I am so beyond relieved i will never have to go back to this place and I highly suggest looking elsewhere before booking with them!! It was not worth it at all.
