The waiting room is clean, doesn't look like it escaped from the -970's and even manages to have chairs with no holes poked in then. Dr. Singer might be an actual angel... or as a NSCLC IV recovery patient the only true doctor I see. She is knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant, answers questions without attitude and makes certain you are comfortable. I go for skin checks, so the other side of the business I'm unfamiliar with but if you have skin, and I know you do, and you have moles, which you likely do, I'd definitely get yearly checks here. Then I had to have bloodwork done on her. Some of this had been done at a prior dermatology office but 1) they didn't have the report and 2) it had been a few months. So we had that done (bloodwork) and another month goes by and still no report or phone call from them! It's like they have forgotten all about her! This condition has gone on for over a year and it,s frustrating that we have no answers but even more frustrating that we feel like they don't give a damn!!!

easy to get appointment, and seen quickly. unfortunately, the NP took samples for biopsy on bottom…read moreof my foot and used a tiny, letter stamp bandage in an area that clearly was in use. that bandage, never stabilized, moved and migrated during the night. in the morning my instep was bloody and painful. I went back and the NP never admitted any error, never apologized that I could hardly walk. she told me to use krutches (!) and keep off the foot that she had disabled. the biopsy area is fine, but the damage remains. this is someone who represents the practice, and both should be avoided
