Randall is a no show. he made some excuse that he got into a car accident and said he would be there the following day. However he never showed up, he is avoiding all phone calls. I don't understand how you can take money from two sweet elderly people and not follow through and do the job. it was really difficult for them to move everything out of that room. it's on the second floor. I called around 11:00 a.m. explaining my situation that I would like for him to come out and see the damage and see if he could actually do a repair to the drywall, he promised he needed to do a measurement and he'd be at my property within the hour. An hour later no one shows up I called him back he says oh he just got finished doing the measurement and that he should be there at 1:03 he just needs to get gas. Mind you I waited til 3 I'm trying to keep a long story short, we went back and forth on text message telling him I just landed in Arizona and needed his assistant and this guy just lied and kept saying he was coming he never showed up nor called. I'm not sure what kind of person would do this I'm not sure if he's a scammer or what his issue is I've never had any interaction with this guy previously he just assured me he was coming he was coming it took from 11:00 I'm writing this review at 4:00 p.m. He still has not showed up but every time I call him he assures me he's coming I could literally can drive to Tucson and back within the time I've waited for this guy. Just keep scrolling this guy is absolutely ridiculous I'm not even sure why he's in business I'm pretty sure those reviews are from his friends and family. Jason said should be done by noon. Oh, only one other company called 7 hours later. And another on Tuesday afternoon. Ramon showed up on time. Very pleasant to deal with. told me what was going to happen, and he did what he said he was going to do. Ramon gone by 10:30 - 3 1/2 hours to fix my 10x12' hole and install, attic access panel and CLEANED UP. Quality is GREAT!!! even matched the ceiling popcorn texture - only thing I can tell is the repair is cleaner than the 50+ year old surrounding area.

He is really detail oriented and his price was very reasonable. We loved the crew that worked in our home. Joel, his lead person for the crew, really did a great job providing clear direction to his team as well as making sure every detail was done correctly. They removed the stucco from the area, repaired the problem, and applied new stucco and painted the area. Looks perfect. Can not even tell what section of the stucco was replaced.
