I recently had a new iron filter and water softener installed by Donamarc Water Systems. While the installation didn't go perfectly, what impressed me most was how they handled the situation afterward. After the installation, I had several concerns involving the cleanup, warranty documentation, communication, and a few installation details. I reached out to the company, and instead of becoming defensive, Brandon Mantel (President) personally responded with a detailed email addressing every concern. Dom also returned to my home to deliver the warranty paperwork, clean up the remaining mess, and review the installation with me. He listened to my concerns, apologized for the issues, and acknowledged that one component of the existing plumbing should have been replaced. No company gets every job perfect. What separates a good company from a great one is how they respond when something doesn't go as planned. Donamarc took ownership where appropriate, communicated professionally, and worked to make things right. Many thanks to the entire Donamarc Team for their recent response to my well issue. For about a week we noticed a significant decrease in our water pressure. Since we are on a well system I contacted this company for a diagnostic examination. The following day Dennis arrived and conducted an extremely thorough review of our well system and determined that the pump needed to be replaced to include a pipe and electrical wiring. Dennis is one of those individuals who is courteous, professional and demonstrates a level of confidence which only comes with decades of experience. Within days the crew showed up (on time) and quickly got to work. These guys were true professionals. The system to include a new pump, electrical wiring and pipe were quickly installed. On top of that after consulting with the crew I had them do a blowout of the well. The amount of sludge and sediment that was expelled from the well was incredible. But more important the debris was completely cleaned up by the crew. This will cut down on changing my water system filter. Many thanks to this wonderful company. We are thrilled with the results and in particular the shower pressure is incredible. WELL DONE. read more

I do not recommend the equipment or service this place provides. I had a softener installed and had service out here 5x the last time they informed me that it was out of warranty. Terrible company, terrible tech's would not recommend at all read more

I am assuming this business has a new owner than when we used them in the 1980's. If so, I will remove my review. If not......it stays. We had them out for an iron issue in our well back in the 80's. After much $$$$$ and many trips the issue was actually worse. I found Martell to be incompetent. read more

My first experience with Donamarc was in 2014, after discovering the water in my recently purchased home was making me and my Great Dane very ill. Their techs installed a filtration system and r/o water, and softener - and made sure I understood how to maintain it. Then I came home from a weekend trip in the fall of 2017 to find that someone had vandalized my well pump. The guys got so much more than they bargained for with that but they stuck it out and everything has been great. I order my salt from them and have it delivered every year. Well - we were hit by lightning on June 14 at like 0300. It hit our well pump, took out a number of breakers, the cable fittings were fried. I was calling everyone. One phone call and the woman helping me got the ball rolling. In less than 5 hours (the day after a major storm), the new well was installed and running. The techs made sure to check and double check for any electrical problems. If only electric and internet moved that fast! Thank you for making what started out as a rather big crisis into a smaller one that could be handled easily. Oh - and yay for 10 year warranties!!! read more

I called on a Wednesday, explaining I had recently purchased an older home that had been flipped, and had ZERO equipment for the well water; no softener, purifier, etc. The gentleman that answered the phone took down my name and number and said he would give my information to a technician, because they schedule their own jobs. An entire week goes by. I call back. The woman who answered the phone said she would look into what happened and have someone call me right away. A gentleman called in the next few hours, great. He said he would stop by the next day and grab a sample from my outside water spicket, since I would not be home. I didn't hear from him the day he was supposed to take a sample. I called the day after, just to see if he was able to grab a sample and he did not answer. I left a message, just checking in and seeing if he analyzed the sample. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. Needless to say, I don't need to sell someone my business. I called Clearwater Systems. The person on the phone Herself scheduled me to meet with a water analyst for later that week. They came out and did a fabulous job. They are coming to my house to install $5000+ worth of eqipment at my house. I guess you guys make so much money that you didn't want my business. We had their water softener and reverse osmosis system installed several years ago. The service was wonderful the install was fantastic, and they didn't try to up sell things we didn't need. We still are using it we buy our salt from them and they are helpful and professional every time. read more

Very pleased with Patrick and the service he provided today! I have well water and use Donamarc for a pre-filter and Softener System as well as a drinking water filtration system... no issues, complaints or problems. My well pump stopped working at 7:30pm (Monday) and it is now 12:30 pm (Tuesday). New well pump and pressure switch installed and everything is back in order and working as expected. Patrick reviewed all of my options and provided details about my current pressure tank system as well as a continuous pressure (on-demand) system. We discussed the pros and cons of both options. Pricing has never been an issue with Donamarc. I believe pricing is appropriate for the services rendered and the quality of the products received. Also, the honest advice and discussion time with a knowledgeable member of their staff is a huge plus! All things mechanical can and will break eventually and water is an essential aspect for every home... thankfully Donamarc is local, fast and efficient. Highly recommended and appreciated! I called on a friday and talked to a young lady about scheduling a salt delivery. for the next day on saturday. She took my address, name and phone # and told me that my salt would be delivered between 8:00 AM and noon. A four hour window. After waiting till 11.40, I decided to call and see if they were still going to make my delivery. The same young lady answered and said she would call the person that was making the deliveries and " see where he was. She came back and said that "another girl" forgot to put it on the schedule. Really ?? She asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no, it's getting too late now and i've Already wasted half my day and I had other things that I wanted to get done. Her answer was " WELL! EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES ! HAVE A NICE DAY. And hung up. Well golly gee ! I know one mistake that I won't make again. read more

The coupon they send you for a "tune up special" when moving into a new home is a complete rip-off.....A $40.00 coupon for something you can get more info via youtube...there was no tune up....i got the same service for free via Clearwater (with more water analysis)...there was no tuning up if anything..it was more of this switch does this and the lever does that(save your money and time and watch on youtube) read more
