Can't tell you how horrible this company is. When we dealt with them some years ago the were kitchens and baths. They stopped doing baths after our project. I am in the business as a major property manager and thought these guys were the best to retrofit three bathrooms at my house. They were almost 5 months late starting our work. This is after giving them a 6k deposit. This company did everything to the T that contractors can do to a client. I could type a thousand words about the company,but just be told, stay AWAY. They really did everything bad that a contractor can do to a client, I mean everything that you see on TV about bad contractors. They actually laughed about it to me during a meeting. It has cost me a few thousand in the past few years fixing their issues. I make sure that they do no work in my complex and if I can in my neighborhood. WATCH YOURSELF! read more

Horrible. My cabinets have so many defects. I have been contacting them and they don't even respond. I was told I have a lazy contractor. The cabinets have glue all over them, the drawers are crooked, there's scuffs and scratches, and things had to go back because they were the wrong size. Such nice people until they get your money. Stay Away! If you'd like to see the pictures of the defects let me know. Then you can see I'm not exaggerating. One star only because I had to give something, but they're really a negative five. Edited to add: after contacting the manufacturer, someone got back to me saying they had been trying to contact me. What a coincidence that they could only get a hold of me after going over their heads. Today I received a follow-up email from Mr. Donatucci himself basically blaming my contractor. I guess it's my contractor's fault that the wrong hinges were put on the doors and they arrived scuffed and scratched and crooked and glue residue all over them. Way to try to deflect poor workmanship. So unprofessional and condescending. Please stay far away! I wouldn't deal with them even if everything was free. read more

Beware bait-and-switch, crazy charges. We were interested in some nice kitchen cabinets on display at Donnatucci. The rep we spoke to was friendly but when we mentioned the cabinets we were fond of she said those were a custom special order, with a heavy markup. Then why were they a floor model? Your floor models should be easily available cabinets with prices clearly marked. That was our first clue this place was not on the level. As this rep drew up our kitchen on her CAD program, I casually mentioned the walls were brick. "Oh, that'll be $1000 extra", she said. As though bolting on some studs to our walls would justify anything extra when we would be buying overpriced cabinets. It was obvious she pulled that number out of thin air. Very shoddy workmanship, dishonest and very, very nasty people to deal with, especially after they have some of your money. If I could leave -10 stars I would. Among other things, items that were installed were the lesser quality models from what I had ordered and I didn't find this out until I checked the serial numbers and contacted the manufacturers. They all indicated that they have had many complaints about this Company. If you give them too much money in advance they will never return your phone calls or get the work done promptly. They will always lie, drag things out and make all type of threats. Remember - "BUYER BEWARE" - especially with these people. read more

Horrible customer service. We paid $1700 for a vanity that arrived without one of the door handles. We called, and they said they would order another one and mail it directly to us. The error was made by the sales rep. We waited 1 month, then called again. No one knew what we were talking about. The vanity we ordered only had 1 door. ( No- we reassured them, it had 2). They told us no handle had ever been ordered, and that to do so, would be a special order. They asked us to take a picture of the vanity so they could see for themselves that it had 2 doors. After 3 emails, and a follow up call, we are still waiting for the handle, and NO one has replied to either the emails or the calls. Terrible service, terrible follow through. We won't be going her again! read more

My Husband and I went in on a Saturday. Their was only 1 other customer in the store. No one helped us at all. I had asked how to get to the upper level of the store and we were pointed in the direction of the elevator. That was our only interaction with the staff. They just seemed very snobbish and unhelpful. We walked around for 20 minutes and no one helped us and we left. We walked right by the sales persons desk to get out and they still did not help us. We left without even a goodbye! I would not waste your time. My husband and I drove almost an hour to get here too! read more

Absolutely a nightmare to deal with would give negative stars if allowed, Robert Donatucci ordered multiple cabinets that were completely the wrong sizes as per plans and missing tons of trim that was supposed to be ordered he never accepted blame or offered an apology instead he delayed getting issues fixed as he maybe thought I would go away after having customer spend 28k and not having a usable kitchen. He denied any fault and was unresponsive until I contacted factory rep. When corrected cabinets (still no trim) finally arrived 4 weeks later he refused to deliver which was paid for with original order, he did not give trim that was missing stating manufacturer would deliver and one the cabinets I picked up was damaged and looked as though it had been dropped luckily still usable. He refused to correctly order parts that were missing saying they never ordered or paid for them when we discussed multiple items on numerous occasions as being needed and included before ordering Mr. Donatucci had the balls to complain about having to pay to fix cabinets he ordered six inches to big for the space. I don't know how any manufacturer would let this scam artist after viewing other posts it isn't just me sell their product. He is an absolute A-hole STAY AWAY, hopefully the factory rep will step up and correct the issues with my missing parts otherwise stay away from Tedwood cabinetry as they do not screen retailers properly and have do not produce products to the standards they advertise wood but I received mdf on "high end custom cabinet" finish panels. I will update if Tedwood makes it right as the cabinets are very nice with a only few minor imperfections. read more
