Let's face it, the dollars came into play also... we never anticipate how much we need to spend, only what we want to; I guess its fair to say now we spent a few bucks more but, any & all extra was more than worth it and ended up less costly than 2 other places visited right down the same block. Those cabinets were in my budget but didn't meet the quality criteria listed in the article. This article also listed ratings for more than 50 brands, including ones that they don't use. My other contractor offered two manufacturers in the blog at competitive prices. The brands this company uses to design kitchens for their clients were rated best. There's no benefit for this business to rate brands they don't sell. But the information in this article helps so many people. If this business gives articles like this to the public, I am sure they will provide top notch service to their customers.

I recently came here with my mom bc she finally wanted to get a new fridge. It was on a Monday- they were able to send the guys over on the same day to measure the fridge & doorway space, which was great. We went back Tuesday morning to order the Frigidaire fridge that she fell in love with at first sight- she said it was the perfect height & size for her. On Wednesday, I received a call saying it can be delivered within the next hour- we were excited but unfortunately, when they unpacked the fridge off their truck, it was damaged so they had to order a new one. Long story short, the fridge was delivered on Thursday & my mom loves it. Everything went smoothly- shoutout to Carl who helped us- we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff knew everything about the stones they carried, and had tons of background info and tips for both design and installation. We selected some beautiful marble for our bathroom, and cannot wait to go back for subsequent projects. Our finished tile look is gorgeous, and even our tiling contractor was impressed, and asked us where we got it. Prior to finding out about this place, we had used some marble from Depot, which our tiler complained about to no end. We had no idea that the lots Depot buys (on the way-cheap) are cut so poorly. Our tiler could not get any 90-degree angles out of the box, and ended up having to cut everything several times over just to make it square. Ridiculous. On the contrary, the marble from MTO was so nice, our tiler was praising us for buying stuff that made his job so easy. Best part was, the imported Italian marble we got at MTO was a wonderful price, especially compared to Depot, and especially considering the quality difference, both in the sloppy cuts from Depot tile, as well as the caliber of marble itself, which is far superior at MTO. I never thought box store quality would beat a place like MTO, but I got a real education in just how big the difference is. I am so glad we found this place! We will be back!

I've been a customer at diamond tool for more than 15 years, last week I rented a breaker for my…read moreskid steer. As soon as it was attached and engaged hydraulic fluid was pouring out. Where the coupling attached to the hose part of a broken o-ring was sticking out. I called diamond and the best they could do was give me a new o-ring. Leave site, go to my shop for wrenches, return to site, remove broken o-ring, go to diamond, return to site and fix the breaker. The non original o-ring dripped slightly and I returned the breaker the next morning. The rental manager Matt, didn't apologize and said if they sent someone to the site for repair I would be charged?? I told him action rental never charges for a repair and Perhaps I should go there in the future. The drama queen said "I won't be threatened ". I will cancel my account. At least apologize for the inconvenience, loss of time and a gallon of hydraulic fluid. A long term customer expects far better service. Tried to call Kevin the manage. too busy and voicemail full. Over the years I have spent thousands, renting breakers, core drills, jumping jack tampers, trailer compresso, rock hound, etc. As well as purchasing Bosch, Milwaukee and other tools, masonry bits, diamond wheels and tons of safety gear. There accounting of how much business I've given them is on par with customer service. Renter beware, unlike other tool rental companies these people expect you to pay for repair needed that has nothing to do with your use. I put up with the lethargic counter service for years but the arrogance and disrespect is Unacceptable.
