They arrived right at the beginning of our service window and did a spectacular and meticulous job checking and cleaning our blower until as well as cleaning the AC unit outside. It's nice to see such knowledgeable and personable folks in the field that know what they are doing and explain things honestly. Great work, guys!

Most of them feel it's the thermostat. We are on our 3rd or 4th try of the same thermostat. My husband and one of the technicians said to try a different brand or style. Clearly the one they kept bringing doesn't work with our system. One tech offered to go back and get the other type. Dispatch said NO. It wasn't in the notes. The technician that had been out previously DID put it into the notes, dispatch just didn't include it in the notes to the next team. We reached out to the sales person Steve. He said he was going to make sure we had someone out this weekend (Memorial Day weekend). He even said he talked with the VP and it would be handled. So we changed our weekend plans. My husband missed a Memorial Ceremony honoring my uncle in Eugene. We didn't hear from them. A courtesy call to say they wouldn't be out would have been better than the empty promises we have been given. Years ago we used them. We probably won't in the future. But what do they care. They have my $17K.

They have gone out of their way to locate the Metsorb media that I prefer for my system, and both of the technicians who came to my house were very professional, on time, and efficient. Our realtor referred ClearWater to us. ClearWater came out the next day, 2 hours earlier than anticipated and saved us $8k dollars. They found that the previous company (HPS) put in a new box but didn't connect it correctly and that is why the pump was not working. After ClearWater connected the box correctly, the pressure gauge went up and the tank filled. The 2 techs spent so much time dumbing it all down so I could understand everything, explaining what to look for when it's not running correctly and showing me what repairs should be done, how it would benefit us and advised that there was no need to pull the pump from the well and replace. I was beyond thrilled and impressed with their response time, friendliness, knowledge and honesty. Thank you!

Two man crew showed up Friday morning and replaced the well pump that was 350 feet down and two pressure tanks all in the pouring rain. Amazing crew good work couldn't be more satisfied.
