She quickly contacted me (like within 5-10 minutes) after I used her online booking portal to gather more details and to confirm my appointment time and location. She was transparent from the beginning and let me know that she had an appointment right before mine and that depending on where I was located, she may not be able to meet my time request. She quickly determined that I was within 5 minutes from her other appointment so she would be able to get to me in time. I proceeded to pay my deposit and I also received several texts and emails leading up to my appointment to confirm. On the day of, Kristin arrived early! She let me know when she was on her way, when she was parking (I was at a hotel) and when she was headed up to my room. I opened the door to a smiling face and a warm personality.
