There are few things that's important to me while choosing my ideal apartment. Staff: Even though most of the time people don't need to deal with the leasing off staff besides paying the rent or getting their packages. But Issa and Lani are more than just the leasing office staff, they know which room that you live in, and they welcome you like how your family would do when you get back home. Most importantly I felt free to address any issue or problem I might have, and they are proactive so you don't need to keep following up with them. Cleanliness: Whether the apartment is clean or not is a big thing for me too. Especially the common area and the grass area. Grass is the easy spot to tell whether the apartment staff pay enough attention to keep it clean, especially for apartments that allow dogs. Well it should not be that way, but some dog parents just don't pick up their puppies poop. They always keep the grass clean, and if there's something messy or anything smells bad, they would clean it right away. I know that Traci works really hard to keep everything clean and she does check the building everyday to make sure everything is good. I was also impressed with how quick they are to get the work order done so that I don't have to wait. Last but not the least, if you don't know there are many people got their car broken into in this area. Some apartment might have cameras, but they don't really work sometimes, since most of the time people don't really check that while looking for an apartment. Season by far has the best security and access control that I know in town. All their cameras work. You get what you pay especially for a safe and comfortable place that you can call home. I cannot wait to move back to the seasons next week.

He said the gal will be right with me. The lady in the office was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge I was there. I sat there for about 5 minutes and still no help from her. I was listening in on her phone call and it was all personal. Nothing about business. So I left. The maintenance man asked what is wrong and tried to get me back in. I told him it seemed like her personal call was more important than leasing an apartment to me. I won't recommend this place. I went out of my way and wasted my time to be ignored. I recommend seeing Jordan at the Southpoint location. Very courteous, acknowledged me and helped me right away. Go see Jordan.

Since the recent management change, living here has become a nightmare. While base rent may be…read morelisted at around $2,000, expect to pay closer to $2,550 each month after they tack on random fees--none of which they'll clearly explain or assist with. Service requests? Good luck. You'll have to follow up multiple times just to get a basic repair acknowledged, let alone completed. Management is totally unresponsive unless you chase them down, and even then, you're unlikely to get any real help. For example, my AC was broken in the middle of summer--during a major heatwave--and it took four full weeks to get fixed. Their "solution" in the meantime? A tiny mobile AC unit that didn't even come close to cooling the room. When I asked for help--maybe a rent adjustment or compensation--they told me, "By law, that's all we're required to provide." No discount, no apology, just a shrug and a "not our problem" attitude. This place is a joke. They squeeze every dollar they can from tenants while offering the bare minimum in return. Look elsewhere if you can.

It felt like around every corner there was something new to add to the experience: a pool, gated parking lot, Amazon hub (super useful for us since we are a newly wed couple!), a club house with a pool table and shuffle board, a gym that has enough to work with and is rarely used, and a really cool deck with couches and Jenga. This is a no smoking complex, but there is a problem with some people tossing their cigarettes around. However, the management here is incredible and is very active in clean up. The trash valet is super nice since it means only leaving your can out your door in the evenings. Any problem that has come up so far has been quickly resolved, such as maintenance workers being sent charge free to fix home needs (like our stove- fixed promptly and much appreciated!). The laundry room in this building is very clean and always plenty of machines to use. It is also cheaper than the laundromats that we checked around nearby, not to mention the convenient money card that you can reload with credit card in the laundry room- so no need for quarters! I also want to thank Marissa who works in the front office as well; she has fixed our issues with packages, keys, and any other question or need that comes up. The management just in general blows me away by their friendliness and usefulness. Adding in the affordable price for such an awesome building, I highly recommend moving in here and have already recommended it to a friend of mine. Ask for Ben or Marissa!

Very unprofessional management. The apartments are tiny, kitchen cabinets not deep enough for…read moredishes, pots and pans, tiny pantry. Single pane windows make the rooms draft. You email the manager and she never responds. I have a disability so they are making me move. I was just got out of the hospital and I get an email that they need a copy of my drivers license a year after I moved in because the manager is so inexperienced she didn't take it when I moved in. I was recovering from surgery and had the flu and had to get out of bed and bring it to the office. The email request was unprofessional, no apology for the Inconvenience. Just demanding. The girl at the front desk went into tears (an 18 year old Mormon) and the assistant manager physically threatened me and I believe he slashed my tire in the garage (I had no enemies that were tenants and only he and the manager, Jennifer, knew that was my new car and where it was parked. This happened after I spoke to the new management company and right after he was subsequently fired along with Cat. The construction was ongoing the whole time I was there and their construction team used my patio and electricity to cut bricks, stir concrete and lay all the other patios on the first floor around the pool while blaring Mexican Music right outside my living room and bedroom windows while trying to work remote. Jennifer never offered me a discount to cover the 220 line (perhaps this was over her head) that was used for construction purposes. DON'T MOVE IN THERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY. I left my place spotless and was charged for cleaning the windows the construction staff slashed concrete all over; this was in the screens. The windows never opened as they were painted shut. Poor management and shoddy construction.

(all black and matching.) They even have a sprayer in the kitchen sink . nice ceiling fans and lighting fixtures. everything is modern and it all goes together. the bathroom is huge and has a big closet and one of those rounded shower curtain rods. The bedroom is kind of small but plenty big for a queen bed and a dresser . and there is a big closet in the hall. The laundry rooms on every floor are nice and very in expensive. The security is great you need a key fob to get in the doors and also to get up the elevators which is centrally located . it's very quiet and for the most part people mind their own business. my car has never been broken into and there are not cops at the apartments all the time. not really any crime that I'm aware of. and there is a place where you can plant your own garden. the grounds are well kept and very nice. The office staff is awesome, and the maintenance guy is amazing and very responsive. they have a craft room, another that has a poker table in there and I believe a library. If you are looking for a modern quiet, well kept apartment check this place out. it is active senior living so you need to be 55+. The rent is surprisingly reasonable and utility bills are low. The only problem I have had is going downstairs without my key fob and getting locked out but that is a me problem. They also have a small gym and a computer room in the main office area that anybody can use and a large courtyard with gas grills and plenty of seating. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!
