I normally don't leave negative reviews and didn't even have yelp before this, but I wanted to share my experience. I don't get my nails done often, and while I was home from college, I decided to try this salon. David was my technician. I asked for a lavender color with a chrome finish, and he showed me one on the sample palette that looked like what I wanted. When my nails were finished, there was no chrome, just plain lavender. When I asked about it, David asked another employee and tried checking with others, but I felt more embarrassed in the moment and ended up saying maybe I was wrong. He then laughed, and I was already anxious about speaking up, so it made me feel uncomfortable. I left a tip because I panicked and just wanted to leave. Afterward, I felt really overwhelmed and ended up crying in my car. I understand miscommunication can happen, but I wish there had been better communication and customer service. read more

I went to get my toes done and the nail lady drilled the top of my nail down way too far! As soon as I felt the pain I pulled back and yelped in pain. But unfortunately it was too late. She proceeded to just paint my nails and send me on my way. A couple days after my toe was throbbing so I took the polish off and noticed the perfect square area where she "sanded" my toe nail with the file machine. It took weeks for my toe nail to feel better. I kept them bare throughout the winter just to let it heal. Fast forward 3 months. I decided to get my nails done before vacation. That lady sat in the back row next to Vivian (who is great for nails by the way). I asked for a different nail lady (she was sitting in the front row next to her husband who is also a nail guy) and told her to be gentle with my toes, but once again she filed down too far! This time it really damaged my toe nail and it's going to fall off! OUCH!!!! I will not be going back. read more

I was greeted immediately by someone working the front desk. She was friendly and explained where things were since it was my first time here. I had 2 different people for my pedicure (Dakota) and my dip powder (Dee). Both men were SO KIND. My pedicure was a basic pedicure, but he was kind and paid attention to detail. For my nails, this is the best shape I've gotten for my nails since moving to Knoxville. The only downside is my nails don't match the design with the solid color, but that's also a risk with dip and gel so that's okay to me! read more

i got my nails done today and kevin did my acrylics and some other lady did the design. the place is super clean and pretty, but when kevin put the acrylic powder on he put way too much on each nail. he had to scrape it off under my nail and there's still some left. also while he was using the drill, i couldn't really see but it felt like he was drilling my cuticles and not my nails. looking at it now he definitely did drill my skin. they do do good nails but kevin did not do good. the lady who did my design was good though. read more

First time here and I came because of the reviews and the pictures I saw. I like that you can make an appointment online. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and sat in the waiting area where I picked my color. This place is very clean and beautiful. The staff is very nice. I got the Venus pedicure I normally hate sitting for long periods of time so I rarely get a pedicure. But I felt comfortable here and Linda who did my pedicure was amazing. read more

Linda is the absolute best for a pedicure. Does not have a nail salon smell, lots of room so you don't feel cramped

I have been to this salon about 4 times previously and never had problems. Went in for pedicure and with regular polish and a powder dip manicure. The toes were the correct color. When the nails were finished that were a totally different color (a baby pink compared to deep rose on toes). I wanted the deep rose. While it was being done I thought it was way too light and pink but I thought it would darken or another dip in a darker color. The girl offered to fix it by putting the nail color gel on top! NOT what I went in for. I spent well over $100 and was livid as to how this could be when the technician even put the color I chose on her nail. The other thing that bothers me about this place ( and I noticed before) is that the technicians just pull out food and eat at there stations. I really don't enjoy seeing people on phones and eating while I have my nails done!. Won't be returning here! read more

the space is huge and so pretty but i got a dip set on my natural nails that lasted 12 hours before it started chipping . idk if it's because she only did 2 layers or because my nails are so short . it's not a bad atmosphere. i only gave 2 stars because the work was unsatisfactory . read more
