I don't get my nails done often, and while I was home from college, I decided to try this salon. David was my technician. I asked for a lavender color with a chrome finish, and he showed me one on the sample palette that looked like what I wanted. When my nails were finished, there was no chrome, just plain lavender. When I asked about it, David asked another employee and tried checking with others, but I felt more embarrassed in the moment and ended up saying maybe I was wrong. He then laughed, and I was already anxious about speaking up, so it made me feel uncomfortable. I left a tip because I panicked and just wanted to leave. Afterward, I felt really overwhelmed and ended up crying in my car. I understand miscommunication can happen, but I wish there had been better communication and customer service.

It's been two days and already have tenderness around toe nails. Other than that, the pedi massage was relaxing and nail color application is good. John did my manicure. Color application is good and I like the fact the acrylic is not built up so thick but breaking the skin on my finger tips and around cuticles with very aggressive filling is painful. Concerns over infection because I know new files are not used on each client. I'll go back in a pinch but I will keep looking for my go to place every two weeks because my manicurist quit due to family issues and I've been going to her for years.
