It's 2026, how does a nail salon that's been open for over 30 years not have cat-eye polish or even…read moreneon gel colors yet? Got a pedicure and it was fine, but a bit overpriced for quality. I told my technician I wanted blue with pink accents, but then she starts pushing me to do white flowers and only white flowers on the big toes over the blue base. Then I had to be firm several times that I wanted pink accents. She finally did add them. The white flowers are a bit sloppy, but I was just ready to leave. I guess they're fine? But for $100 before tip, I expect more.

My nails on one hand are not the same as the other hand in shape and length. Manicurist are not very experienced (except two or three) don't understand what is being asked and explained. I asked for chrome the lady started putting it on and there were streaks of the dust not the chrome effect. I asked her not to continue and remove it because it was not looking good. After they finished told me to wait 5 minutes less then that there was one of them trying to put my shoes on and I was rushed to wash my hands to pay. I was surprised with the whole mess. Not going back it was lost money since I have to go get them fixed for my vacation.

What another salon did (Luxx nails). They completely removed the old nails and did exactly what I requested

I hate to do this, but I just got home from the worst pedicure of my entire life, my toes are…read moreruined, and I'm out $40 for literally nothing, so this is all I can do at this point. I'm fortunate to have good nail beds and a nice shape to my nails, so pedis are usually a breeze. I actually made an appointment at this place by accident, mistaking it for another place - just my luck - and got the basic pedi for $35 plus gel for an extra $20. My pedicure lasted maybe fifteen minutes. It was so incredibly rushed that I was certain it would turn out terribly. He asked if I wanted my nails cut, to which I said yes, but I was not prepared for just how short he cut them. There was no shape left, and they are extremely jagged and uneven looking. He didn't even bother to file them, just butchered them with clippers and called it a day, and by then it was too late to fix them. They actually look worse than they did when I went in, and I hadn't gotten a pedicure in months. I chose a sparkly purple and it was applied so unevenly, thin, and didn't even completely cover my toenails. The end result was shockingly bad. Before getting a closer look, I quickly paid the $55 plus a low tip (which I never do) of $6. When I got to my car I was devastated by how horrible they looked. I went back in and explained my grievances to the manager who was nice and apologetic but sat me back down with the same dude to fix them. I told him please just take the polish off, I just want to get out of here. I was only offered a $20 refund. I paid $40 for this (see photo). I'm so sad. He got to keep the $6 tip I initially left too.

Only to come home and my large toe is missing the top layer like it flaked off. The polish on my toes is soft like it didn't cure all the way in the light. Very disappointed.
