Came in last week for a pedicure. I waited 25 mins before putting shoes on and the paint messed up. However, paint was very lumpy after tech finished. When I came back to get them fixed, they offered to fix the nails but tech kept telling me it wasn't the techs fault that did them. That it was my own fault. When I mentioned they were lumpy before ever putting shoes on, she just said it was the type of polish. I wasn't ever rude. But I did say we bought the most expensive pedicure on the menu and I received maybe a 10 minute massage and the menu said 20 min massage for that specific one. Do not go here!!! I used to come here all the time growing up with my best friends. But since they recently switched management within the past year, it's really gone downhill. Super frustrating since I have a very demanding job and wanted to finally treat myself to a pedicure to relax and she just wasn't very attentive at all. The interruptions to my service were disappointing and honestly disrespectful, especially considering there were two other employees sitting at the back pedicure chairs just starting at their phones. AD did a great job with my nails! So I had no idea what to do or how to explain how I want my nails. But the lady who booked me was gracious to give me a recommendation. I ended up getting the dip with acrylic tips. I opted for the ombré and I am inlove with the results! AD took his time and didn't rush while doing my nails. He listened to what I want and I am glad with the result. The drinks are so good and pretty strong . I hope it lasts! I went into aria nails and got a dipped full set. I personally like my nails thin and not too heavy but they were so thick and I noticed one nail lifting a few days later. I went to get the nails removed at a different nail salon and that is where they informed me that the ILLEGAL MMA monomer was used on my set. (When they were soaking off it was very sticky and it smelled) I paid over $70 for a soak off of previous nails plus the new set and they used an ILLEGAL product on my nails. Don't go here to get your nails done. It's crazy they charge so much for the service only to be using ILLEGAL CHEAP products on their customers. read more

I've lived in this area for over 2 years now. I've been to Aria about 5 times, and every time is just meh. I go to someone across town that truly takes his time and pride in what he does. I came to aria today because i live less than 2 minutes away and my regular at a different place was full. Today was definitely the worst I've had...my technician never introduced herself. I tried conversing with her and it was almost like I was being ignored. I've never in all my years had someone rush through a pedicure like today.
