Overall, the service was good/bad at the same time. It took about two hours to get my hands and nails done, and the total cost came out to around $199 with tip. When I arrived, the woman helping me seemed a bit rushed as she went through the options. I didn't really feel like I had time to look through everything or fully understand what was available. I felt pressured to make a quick decision and ended up going with the package she recommended, mostly because I didn't feel like I had the chance to explore my options. I understand that it's a business and they're trying to upsell their services, which is fair--but I originally came in wanting something different, and I left feeling like I didn't really get what I wanted. One thing that really bothered me was that they cut not only my cuticles, but also the skin around my nails--which I never asked for. She said it was included but my fingers hurt so much from it. My fingers have been sore and burning for days since the appointment. I wasn't expecting that level of aggressiveness with the cuticle work, and it made the experience uncomfortable afterward. The girl and they guy who worked on my were nice. So I don't want to say they didn't do good but they did. I originally asked for clear nails with a sheer, see-through pink gel look, which I mentioned when I first arrived. However, they ended up applying a clear dip, then a pink dip on top of that, followed by the sheer color--and still charged me for all three layers. The place was cute , this place wasn't my cup of tea but I'm sure lots of people will have good experiences here. Just not me. The nails did turn out cute but it's not what I wanted so I'm not giving a full five. I'm not giving the worst review either so. Update: I came here to get my nails fixed because one of them broke off within the first week of getting it done. She didn't charge me and they ended up helping me real quick. They were super nice about fixing my nails that is something I am very happy about because normally people make a big deal about fixing a nail so I'm going to update my review to a five star read more

The nail techs are detail-oriented, polite, and not overly chatty (IYKYK). They offer all the standard services like waxing, manicures, and pedicures, but what sets them apart is their excellent cost-to-value ratio. I needed one nail fixed. She took forever to do one nail because she was the only one getting up and checking people in and out and answering the phone not only that but the person doing my nails was sick and she kept coughing and sneezing and sniffling. It was disgusting. Then she left a bunch of polish on my nails, cause she did such a sloppy job. She tried to file off the polish with a nail filer on my skin so now my skin is super irritated. I do not recommend this place. It's a disaster. read more

Phi provides the pedicures here, he is great! However, the pricing at this nail salon is all over the place and feels quite deceptive. They claim that the pricing is set by an independent contractor however the services provided don't equal what's listed on the service menu (i.e., convent price changes that haven't been updated on the menu, etc.). Each visit seems to cost something different, even when I ask for the exact same service. Again, the prices listed or quoted up front (on the service menu) doesn't match what's charged at the end, and explanations are vague or inconsistent. The quality of the work is okay, but the lack of transparency makes it hard to trust or come back. I'd recommend double-checking prices before your appointment or confirming everything in writing to avoid costly surprises. read more

The pedicure service was good except that my toes were cut all uneven and crooked. The salon was clean and comfortable - our massage chairs worked. My shoulder massage was great but my husbands not so much. Both big toes look like the picture. M Stella is a good place to get your nails done. It gave me great nail results every time I went and it was very clean...most of the time. One time I was getting a simple pattern for an important event. My nails were great and simple, just as I requested, but the place was dirty from the start. The water for my feet when getting a pedicure had hair strands and food crumbs floating in it. There was lots of dirt and food crumbs and dirt along my chair and floor. There was even a queso-looking sauce on the feet rest. I was disgusted by this, but also surprised because they usually have clean floors and chairs. I guess that was just one day, but otherwise it is a great place I would recommend. read more

That girl started yelling cuz she didn't want to pay what she owed. The prices are CLEARLY marked! She knew what she owed from the beginning! She started calling the women bad names and saying she will not pay! She was RUDE and tried to literally run out of the salon!!! This has NOTHING to do with racism or being sexist as the people below want you to think!!! Her "friends" who weren't even there!!? I paid a tip to the technician who did your "friend" because what that girl did was very inappropriate!!! She left without paying a dime when she was there for 2hrs getting her long ass nails put on! Came in for a manicure and pedicure. I also wanted our nonprofit logo on my thumbs for an event the next day. After making my selection on the spa intake sheet I was escorted to a massage treatment chair. My pedicure was started immediately. It was extremely relaxing and pampering. The use of fresh fruit added to the exfoliation experience. This is where I was introduced to "the dip" nail treatment. It is a way of dipping the nails with colored powder. It dries immediately. The nails are then shaped and trimmed. A gloss completes the final look. My nails look thicker. I'll have to do more research into this dip method however so far it's a win. The manicure was all about the dip and zero hand exfoliation or massage which is why I gave them a 4 star instead of 5 stars. Plus I left with black polish on my hand. A little reflexology goes a long way with a manicure‼ The crew of nail technicians seem to work as a team. The salon also offers complementary beverages, including wine. No one was pushy which was a huge plus. If I'm ever in the area I will come back. read more

She always get the shape on point and even with the other hand. She does all the cute trendy designs. She really goes above and beyond. I went for a full set which was listed as $50 but then was charged a $100 total for "special shape" (even though the nails were short and french tip) SIMPLE to say the least. Although the ladies were very sweet, the price for what i got was not worth the quality. When did a short french tip set equivalent to $100? Its only been 4 days and my nails are already chipping.... For $100 i would expect quality but i can get a better set for less somewhere else. Your paying for atmosphere and drinks... but nails? Not so sure. I saw Mi Cocina and saw this beautiful Nail Bar and I just had to stop in. I was greeted as soon as I came in, all the staff were smiling and just in an upbeat mood it was very welcoming. This was my first time here. I've been going to the same salon for years but saw that this place opened up and it's much closer to my place. The service was great. Booking was easy online. They have a lot of colors that are neatly displayed so I didn't feel overwhelmed with the process of picking a color. I also gave them the candy cane idea and they made it so much cuter than I expected. My toes were just as cute. They actually spent time with my massage and I was actually relaxed.
