Once again, I was able to do vehicle stuff in less than half an hour. It would have taken half a day at DMV. I remember that when I moved here from Cali, there was one thing they weren't authorized to do, but I don't even remember what that was. Other than that, they have access to your DMV records, and can do just about anything DMV can do. The difference is that they can do it in a friendly, efficient, and welcoming manner. They are not here to rip you off...their prices are clearly posted on the wall. I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me today, (who was fantastic) but my guess is that everyone they hire is capable, competent, and skilled at dealing with the general public. Yay! I'm in CA and needed to title something in AZ. These people could not have been more helpful. Told me what forms to get off the AZ DMV website. Filled them out and sent them in. Two days later they call me to collect the $79 for the title and their services!!! Holy Moly that's cheap!!! 8 months since i started an abandoned vehicle application for the title and going nowhere in the process. Took 4 months to get the application kicked back from the Abandoned Vehicle unit and then my resubmitted application with supplemental info got lost not once but TWICE. Abandoned vehicles unit has no record of my resubmitted application and Donna's Title did not retain the supplemental information i submitted through them that was requested by Abandoned Vehicles. 8 months! read more

Here is my 1 star review Critical: Responsiveness I just found out I have been driving illegally for about 2 years because when my spouse passed away and I went to them to just change the title from his name to mine the 2 year registration that he had PAID DMV was no longer valid! But no one at Donna's said to me, you must re-register this car now or you will be driving unregistered. You might be like me and assume after changing the title to your name after a spouse dies like you are supposed to and because 2 years registration fees had been paid, nothing else to do. They should have advised me. I am lucky that my license tab sticker said expires Nov 2021 and I was never pulled over. No prior registration fees can be refunded at this late date either. I would never use them again. read more

It seems like they're never open. Doors locked randomly throughout the day, usually closed in the afternoon. Main phone number plays music without any information or IVR menu, then after a few minutes of waiting it drops you off in a voicemail mailbox. When you leave a voicemail nobody calls you back. The whole point of these types of services was to bypass the bad customer service at the DMV but these guys aren't any better read more

Hubby and I walked in at 9:30 as another couple was getting up to leave. We sat down gave her the sellers tile and the emissions pass form. The assistant did her thing told us to get it register too be $113. Well worth it and highly recommend if you don't wanna go to DMV read more

I hate to give 1 star but this place wasted my money, time, and gas. To start the staff were all very polite and friendly. The service was quick and cheap. The location is a bit hard to find in a nondescript shopping plaza that looks like it is dying. There were virtually no cars in the parking lot. My problem is I was given a copy of a title with a bank lien still labeled even though I clearly told staff I had paid off the car and had a notarized document from the bank to prove it . I assumed I had a title without that wording until I went to my insurer who pointed that out right away. I called back immediately to rectify this but staff who answered gave me rigamarole about standard procedure of printing duplicate without change in lien label although she could do that for another charge. It was clear there was no real intelligence at work here and no thoughtfulness at all as a business. There was absolutely no empathy or sympathy . Just " we can do that , just come back and pay us again." I spent a lot of time during rush hour to get the title in the first place. I doubt I could have made it back before closing and frankly I didn't want to after that type of response. This place is great if you are highly knowledgeable and know exactly what you want. If you're naive about these things like I am, then I highly recommend you avoid this place to avoid the headache and frustration. read more

Thought I give this place a try I just needed a title switched over in my name I was told since it HAD been raining their owner did not require them to do a level one inspection. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! Went in to get plates for a truck recently bought... Was told that it could not be registered due to unpaid tickets with my license... Before I could even state that they've been paid , this big girl with glasses throws out an attitude and starts talking sh*t saying if I paid my tickets then it'd be easier. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD TALK DOWN TO A CLIENT LIKE THAT !? Wow this place is so much better than the DMV. The DMV takes so long and then when you finally do get to the counter the women working there are absolutely rude and atrocious to deal with. I expected something similar at Donna's-- but was very pleasantly surprised. Everything was finished super fast. There was no crowd or long lines to wait in for several hours. The women were friendly and helpful. What a wonderful, absolutely painless process. And the price seemed reasonable. I'm not going back to DMV again if I don't have to. It's just not worth it to me. I thought they would be busy on a Friday afternoon but I was seen immediately when I walked in at 3:00pm. I had to title and register 3 vehicles, one was from another state and two were purchased in AZ recently. The nice girl who helped me took care of everything quickly and also saved me some $$ in the process by explaining my options. It was cheaper than I expected and I was done with all three in about 30 minutes. I would have still been in line at the DMV if I had went there. The added fee is well worth the time and headache saved by skipping crowds and surly people at the AZ DOT office. read more

Every time I've bought a car, I've come to Donna's Auto License and Title Service. My dad recommended it and took me here to get plates and a title immediately for my first vehicle, and I have returned many times (I go through cars like some people go through chocolate).
