Talk about friendly, fast and convenient service! I misplaced my car title and definitely didn't want to go to the DMV, so I called this spot on my boyfriends recommendation. Over the phone they were friendly and made sure to let me know that they accept cash or check only in advance and also gave me a total before I even asked. Service was just as spot on when I went in to get my title. All they needed was my drivers license and five minutes later I was out the door. Yes, it was definitely more expensive that going to the DMV. They charge you a 'convenience' fee of 25.00 plus the standard DMV rate, so it was about $29.00. I'm on the go most of the time, so paying the extra fee to avoid long DMV lines was worth it to me. And the wonderful service earned them a repeat customer. read more

So amazing and convenient. I bought a new car just last night. This morning I showed up at 8:30 which is when they open. At 8:40 I was out the door with a transferred title, registration and a new license plate! All for a convenience fee of $25 (plus the normal registration fees of course). $25 to avoid the DMV? Avoid this business at all costs unless you want to be blasted for wanting your title work done. I missed the "closed" sign and they hammered me for it. Even walked me to the door pointing it out. They went on to complain about the DMV and how backed up they are. These people are stressed and can't even help you for 10 days. Go elsewhere! read more

I recently bought a really, really old car. Circa 1963, went to the MVD with a title and insurance, after waiting for 2 hours, I was turned away and told my VIN had been expunged from the system and that I'd have to hire a 3rd party to come give a level 1 inspection.. I called and spoke to Connie, she said that was unnecessary and that she could update it somehow. (I forget the terminology she used). Don't use this company! I went there to transfer a license plate from a car I had sold, to another car. They charged $25, and gave me a new registration for my new car. Then, when it was time to renew my registration, I didn't get a renewal notice from ADOT, and when I logged on the MVD web site, there was no record of my car. I went back to the company to ask them to look into what was wrong, and they looked and said oh yes, they knew they had not entered the registration correctly, and then they corrected what they had done. Then they asked me for $50. I said, no, they should correct what I had already paid them to do. After a little argument, this huge guy came out of the back room and said OUT! OUT! GET OUT! I thought he was going to bust a gut, and I felt very threatened. They undid the correction, and I had to go to the DMV to do what I had paid these people $25 to do. Don't use these people, they are unprofessional, incompetent and rude. Physical threats have no place in a vehicle registration office. read more
