He referred us to a fantastic plumber (Eddy Ks Plumbing and Heating) that fixes leaks under slabs and he did a phenomenal job. We still wanted to replace the water heater so Joe was patient while all the excavation, repair, and restoration work was done. Joe did a great job replacing our water heater and even built a new stand/table for it. We were billed what we were quoted and he showed up on time and was very professional. First, there was no permit pulled for the inspection of the the final installation and still has not been. The heat failed to work proper first because the gas had not been turned on to the unit. Knew the unit had some type of oil build up that needed to be burned off, which ended up smoking throughout the house. The electrician harness kept shorten out and needed to be replaced. Then the circuit board needed to be replaced. The gasline and P-trap was not properly installed the first time and had to be re-done. Overall my experience with this company was been subpar. Still waiting for that inspection! Avoid like the plague!

I got a response from about 5 HVAC companies with three with estimates for their service. I chose them for being the first to response with a reasonable estimate and I called to set up an appointment that will work around my work schedule. They were able to work with me to provide a good date to come out and do their service. The day of the appointment, the tech called me that he was on his way within the appointed time. He did show up early and he did his HVAC service in a reasonable amount of time, about 15 to 20 minutes. He told us what he did and I paid exactly what I was quoted in the estimate, plus tax of course. I passed on to him to add me to their 6 month preventative maintenance schedule to do our AC service in the Spring. Overall a great experience with this company as the tech was friendly but professional.

He installed the RO water purification system in about two hours and it seems to be working flawlessly with no leaks or other problems. 2) Abdul is courteous and a pleasure to work with. The not-as-good: 1) Abdul has his own timeline for doing things. He may or may not show up when promised. It's not a typical business where you make an appointment in advance and Abdul shows up at the agreed-upon time. He'll simply let you know when he's coming -- whenever that may be. 2) Abdul quoted me a high-end APEC system but, after he installed the system and handed over the instruction manual, I saw that the system was from an altogether different company called Waterdrop. I'm not necessarily unhappy with this switch because the Waterdrop system, with its own pros and cons and major differences from an APEC system, is actually a better product for our needs. The issue is that Abdul never told me he'd switched appliances. He simply installed a system we never approved in advance. 3) One day after the installation, I texted Abdul with a question (he said he prefers texts to phone calls and that I could consider him a resource), but he never responded. I told him I'd like to give him a good review, which he had asked for, if I could get an answer to my question, but I never heard back after three days. That doesn't give me the confidence that he'll be available if I need serving or repairs. All in all, my three stars are probably a bit generous, but you judge for yourself.

I reached out to 4 different solar companies but couldn't get anyone to follow thru. I finally reached #1 Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment when the tech actually showed up and get an estimate on what it would cost to replace my inverter. The techs showed up when they said that would, fixed my inverter and helped me with the app. I am so grateful that this is done. Plus they were great to work with. Very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them if you have any issues with your solar system. I'm already planning on having them come back to clean out my dryer vents.
