First, he said he needed to make sure we didn't have a leak. Well...we had a slab leak. He referred us to a fantastic plumber (Eddy Ks Plumbing and Heating) that fixes leaks under slabs and he did a phenomenal job. We still wanted to replace the water heater so Joe was patient while all the excavation, repair, and restoration work was done. Joe did a great job replacing our water heater and even built a new stand/table for it. We were billed what we were quoted and he showed up on time and was very professional. David, the tech, was very knowledgeable about a lot of things. Including that the city had to be called out to shut off the water valve at the street since it was rusted closed. Thankfully that didn't add to the price at all. I'm not really familiar with how plumbing is supposed to work today, but I certainly am not a fan of everyone charging a fee just to show up and look at your problem to give you a price. I think that practice is BS. But it seems like everyone is doing that now. Would I use them again? Sure. They got the job done quickly.

They were quite open to fit me in their schedule and once I mentioned my preferences..they were able to get me in the following morning..even when it's early out! Glad to see a business open to working early! They let me know my scheduled arrival time for the technician would be between 7-9am. At a little after 7, they texted to let me know Cesar their technician was on the way...and very soon after..I got a knock on my door by 7:30! Cesar was very thorough in diagnosing the minisplit problem that I had..and was able to help provide me with some good recommendations on what to do with the minisplits! This year their prices had increased at least 50% and the service guy estimated i needed parts and my swamp would cost 491.00 to start. It was hard to believe. My friend recommended a handyman. He bought a 16 dollar part and charged me 50 dollars for the service. It is cooling the best it ever has. KIdzz seems to have "up priced" me 350 dollars. Or their aervice person has some competence issues. Not sure if its because I am a woman living alone Or because people need to cool their homes and will pay a lot. Not sure...
