Extra charge for filter , which I was never told . $15. They said it was a special filter for her car . Ok - they didn't order it or anything . Charged extra for them using 6 quarts instead of 5 quarts . I was told nothing about these extra charges when I brought the car in only at payment . Disappointing as I felt like the two people working were very anxious talking about the price at check out . I asked why I wasn't told about all the up charges . No response but both workers shrugging their shoulders . Called the Hyundai dealer when I got home and I could have gotten an oil change for a total of $69.99 So much for me trying to use services locally . Won't return to service our 4 cars . Sorry

A clip was broken during the bulb replacement, but they owned up to it & offered to replace it. Unfortunately we had to go the dealer to order the part & return for the replacement, but at no cost. We were grateful & since then we've had no issues. We loved our tire and returned to have the other 2 tires replaced without incident. It was an enjoyable experience.

After about a hour I did not hear anything so I want back to sit in waiting area, when I walked in I was told they couldent not do it that they couldent put it on the lift because of a rust issue. these F**king idiots put the lift in the wrong spot and clearly didn't have it centered and crusted part of the frame. I'm sure they just kicked it under and called It good. I wouldnt Send my worst enemy here. I wouldn't want them turning there car into a death machine on my conscience.

The reason we hadn't taken it there in first place was her husband was trying to have it taken care of on Sunday. Ken and his staff, even though being very very busy, took my daughters car gave it a once over, put it on the machine and told her she was safe to drive back to Iowa. I have always had confidence and great service from LG automotive. This is just another example.

Well I didn't know anyone else and brought the car back so they would fix it. It cost more than $600 each time for a total greater than $1200 and they still hadn't fixed it.... I took it somewhere else. They fixed it in one day for $100. Hmm. I cannot recommend this place AT ALL!!!
