They told me they can start digging and if it's not that big of a deal that can fix it. They gave me a quote for the whole thing. Turns out the pipe was snaked and corroded from the septic they fix it the next day . Mind you this was all over the phone. I finally went to see it after they got it done I met bj the son and they got it done and he told me what the issue was and that they fix it. As a neighbor, I've witnessed ongoing disrespect and disregard for others. Their work trucks routinely block the sidewalk and bike lane in front of a residential property, creating unsafe conditions for pedestrians, cyclists, and individuals with disabilities. Despite being asked multiple times to stop, the behavior continues. The city now has numerous photos of these violations, and I'll be submitting a formal complaint to the state licensing board. This kind of conduct is unacceptable from any business.

I am rating Drain Mode with one star because they (1) failed to accomplish the task, (2) lied, and…read more(3) gave a quote that was 10x of what the cost ended up being with another plumber. Here's what happened: I called Drain Mode to clear a plugged drain at our (older) home. He was very personable and came over right away. He was unable to clear the plug, took a look at the pipe under the house and reported back to me that the pipe was leaking and that a large section of pipe under the house needed to be replaced for a large sum of money. I then called another plumber. The other plumber was able to clear the blockage, albeit with a lot of effort. I asked the second plumber if the pipe was leaking under the house. He said it was not. I would not have given such a low rating if Drain Mode had not lied about the pipe leaking.
