He carefully checked everything, including using a moisture reader on the walls and testing the water pressure, to make an accurate assessment. What really stood out was that he didn't rush to cut open walls or tear things apart. Instead, he took a thoughtful, methodical approach and clearly knows how houses work. I spent hours with a moisture meter and mapped everything out, hired my traditional plumber, and a flooring contractor. We couldn't figure it out. I called Chris and paid the "emergency" surcharge to get him out the next day. He came and did a bunch of testing and helped us figure out that there was no leak and the damage was probably from the pull out freezer and from moisture trapped under rugs. Phew. I know that sounds simple but trust me it was super complicated to get to that conclusion!

RDZ plumbing is awesome! I had a severely clogged main line drain where there was literal TP piling…read moreup in my front yard. Fun! I reached out to RDZ around 10pm and was promptly responded too with a quote for hydrojet and camera inspection service by Sandra for either immediate service or for first thing in the morning. I opted for the service for the morning and Manuel and Federico came out and showed up promptly at 8am. They assessed the issue and began to hydrojet the main line. After clearing out the clog, they inspected everything with a camera and we found out that faulty piping was the culprit to our clog and after a fair quote on the spot and agreeing to the work, they went to work to dig out and fix the buried pipe. After they completed the work, they refilled the hole they dug out and you couldn't even tell that they dug it out. They cleaned the area up nicely. During the camera inspection, they found a potential issue that is further down and past our property line which is a whole different issue that ill have to look into with either my HOA or the City but without their thorough work and inspection, we would have never known of the other issue at hand. All in all, I would highly recommend RDZ plumbing to anyone who require their services as they are fast to reply and come out and their professionalism shows in their work. I'd scanned Yelp to find a plumber to replace my kitchen faucet. I contacted RDZ and after a nice call said yes, though of course I felt the price was too high, but where did I go to plumber's school? Then the phone calls started, some impersonating RDZ and some trying tp take the job. At that time I felt there was some scam going on, and eventually cancelled the job. Apparently I cancelled it with one of the usurpers and not RDZ. Thanks Yelp for sharing my number with so many other plumbers, I'd estimate at least 6. So poor RDZ was on their way, on a Saturday as requested and called to confirm, and I told them I'd cancelled the job. We were all upset but I'd found a local plumber who only works weekdays. I had an unusually available friend who drove from San Diego to open the house here in Julian, CA. I believe RDZ would have done a fine job were they not overwhelmed by Yelp-driven competition, to the point that just had to shut down the process.
