I am rating Drain Mode with one star because they (1) failed to accomplish the task, (2) lied, and (3) gave a quote that was 10x of what the cost ended up being with another plumber. Here's what happened: I called Drain Mode to clear a plugged drain at our (older) home. He was very personable and came over right away. He was unable to clear the plug, took a look at the pipe under the house and reported back to me that the pipe was leaking and that a large section of pipe under the house needed to be replaced for a large sum of money. I then called another plumber. The other plumber was able to clear the blockage, albeit with a lot of effort. I asked the second plumber if the pipe was leaking under the house. He said it was not. I would not have given such a low rating if Drain Mode had not lied about the pipe leaking. read more

Today I reached out to Jerry via yelp and he immediately showed up not only with great timing but an awesome attitude! Mind you, I have had three different plumbers previously inspect my main line and tried to charge me from $4000 to $9000 to for a filling or trench less job on my main line. My landlord called these guy to fix a leaking pipe that some how turned into them drilling a deep hole into my kitchen floor for over 5 hours. During that time they failed to put up a barrier and as a result concrete dust covered every surface of my kitchen, dinning room, and living room. As well as clogging and burning out my $500 PS5. My family and I then spent the next 2 day cleaning (using our personal time off from work, of course.)
