I would give NEGATIVE STARS if possible. The owner Michael Khalil which being this is a small town most of you know him. I went to get gas at the last pump closest to the street near the sheriff only to find out someone had installed a card reader and my ATM card was compromised and $300 was taken from me by a location in Bakersfield. I told SAM he insisted there was no card reader and only wanted to argue with me. From this point on I only got fuel when they were open and when I paid cash Michael Khalil also owns several rental properties in Frazier. One of his rental homes is located above the park. There are 4 BIG parking lot light poles in the driveway. The driveway is shared with the house below that he owns as well. The lights are only on the electric panel of the house I rented and we're solely to be paid by me at approximately $250 to $350 per month in addition to my monthly rent of $1,500 (which he is now currently asking $1,800) I was simply washing my car in my driveway and i went to grab onto the pole to hold onto for support while walking down the stairs when I was ZAPPED / ELECTROCUTED and knocked to the ground. I immediately fell to the ground twisted my ankle and tore the tendons. The electrocution went from my fingers to my toes throughout my entire body The pole was not grounded properly and I don't think he ever fixed it. I paid an electrician to come out and give me a report of what they found. I told Michael Khalil what was found but he basically ignored me I was treated in the emergency room of the hospital and have been seen by my DR several times since then. Unfortunately for people suffering from electrocution there is nothing that can be done to help manage the pain other then pain meds. I was told this Is something that either goes away over time on it's on or it doesn't. It's been 6 months and now that winter is here my hands are in so much pain I can barely use them. I feel like an 80 old with severe arthritis I now have to have surgery to repair my ankle and have asked for his insurance information several times. Since he has refused to comply I have had to hire an attorney This man is very unethical and shady and should not be trusted ever My friends told me not to post on social media because of what he might do as to retaliation against me but I have done nothing wrong and everyone needs to know the character and morals or should i say lack of morals of this man read more

The clerk I paid recently is was the rudest, most confrontational price gouger I have ever experienced. I was already a little peeved when he charged me $3.49 plus tax/CRV on a 1 gallon Crystal Geyser water last weekend, did I complain? NO. Now I have been "asked not to shop there" by this certain bug-eyed clerk screaming at me with his finger wagging 2" from my nose (isn't that bordering on assault?) over a requested refund on an item this week. I was told "No refunds" and that I need to see the manager. I told him I'd be back to talk to him and he took that as a challenge to a fight screaming, " yea, I'll be here..." repeatedly...yikes I have never experiencd anything quite like this ridiculous treatment, what ever happened to "the customer is always right'? I actually like the manager, but I will follow the bug-eyed clerks' request and NEVER give another PENNY to this store or the two other stores owned by bug eyed clerk's "handler" since he may be the casgier at the other locations, and I hate confrontations. I have been a regular customer of Dons Liquor Mart for many years now. In response to David R's review I can say that his story is clearly fraud. First of all the price for a 1 gallon Crystal Geyser water is $2.39 plus CRV 10 cents. Totaling to $2.49, there is no tax on water. If David never complained then how was he asked to leave the store? It is evident that the review is just to attack the appearance of the cashier who just happen to have large eyes. All the cashiers including Romi and Sam are nice and helping at all times. The manager always has the best prices possible for the customers. Dons is such a great business including all other locations owned by the same manager. Great prices and easy transactions here. Be careful. Went in to purchase gas with cash, put pump into gas tank, pump clicked away but I got no gas in my car. Don't know how it happened. When I told the manager, who refused to give me his name, he told me it was my problem. Can't believe it. No gas and a rude, nameless manager who yelled at me.
