It is always so clean, staff is always so friendly and especially the restrooms they are always clean which is a must. We were here on 11/4/2022 and had such a great laugh with Charity. She then went inside the store to inform them their gas pump is broken and to get help. She eventually just told them that they should put caution tape or some sort of note to inform people and they just told her to leave and that they called the cops on her because she was informing other people the gas pump was not working. My mom did nothing but try to pump her gas, get uncontrollably sprayed by gas, ask for help, and she proceeded to get treated extremely rudely. Mind you several of the pumps already were out of order and there was gas all over the floor of the pump we used indicating this most likely happened before it happened to us. However, the column moved loosely, and the car would not go into gear. Upon my description over the phone, Lebec knew exactly what was wrong, and said he would be right there approx (30-45mins faster, and cheaper then tow). I had called some other mechanics who said they were too busy, didn't want to go, or told me they would help me in the morning. Lebec roadside managed to patch us up well enough to get us back to work on the road. We will see another mechanic for the needed part in the morning as He told us to. When I came, they had two pump station taped off so I had to go to another pump station. I just put a little bit of gas to get me home. I paid with my credit card and selected yes for the receipt. The receipt didn't print, so I had to go inside to ask the cashier for it. He was nice to me and printed me out my receipt.
