Fuel nozzle did not shut off automatically leading to overflow and spilled gas everywhere. Went to the attendant and asked for paper towels and cheap guy wouldn't give me any until I told him gas had spilled and his nozzle was broken. No response on the fact the nozzle was malfunctioning but he did give me a few paper towels. Also the restrooms are permanently "out of order" when they feel like not wanting it to be used even if you are a paying customers. I wish I never went here. Now worried if the nozzle caused any damage to my car. read more

Very clean station, brand new pumps, store inside is spotless, and they have a restroom for customers. Biggest variety of drinks in whole area! I will definitely visit here again on my way through! read more

This is the most pointless pit stop you could possibly make. The bathrooms are not available for public use and the gas pumps...yes all of them, we're out of order. In addition to being useless, it's dangerous. Upon learning there are no bathrooms, people naturally beeline for the McDonald's across the street. So imagine, people about to quite literally loose their shit, running across a street frequently traversed by 18-wheelers and other drivers rushing off the highway to get gas or use the bathroom -- which as you recall this gas station can't provide. Overpriced gas because the ARCO next door always has a broken toilet, and by this point in the trip you have to go so you just use their bathroom then feel like you owe it to them to buy gas, so you spend $0.20 more per gallon and then resent it the rest of the way to Los Angeles. Scam central! Stopped here for a fill up and used my card outside at the pump. Didn't realize I was putting in the wrong PIN so I ended up using a different card. An hour later I got an alert from my bank that this gas station tried to charge $150 to my card as a credit transaction!! Luckily I had a bad feeling that this place was sketchy and before driving away logged into my bank app and locked my debit card otherwise they would have been able to steal $150 from me. They're lucky they waited an hour because of they had tried when I was still close to the area they would've gotten STOMPED OUT. I hate scammers!! read more

Two lazy workers/owners. The bathroom was filthy, not a one bad client filthy, but atomic puke dirty, these guys havent cleaned this place ever. I walked in, no question about whether I was a customer, the guy actually let me know where the bathrooms were. I HATE gas station bathrooms but this was the CLEANEST gas station bathroom! Beware, stop here with caution. On our way down south, we stopped here for gas. I pulled into the station and the first gas pump had a no service sign, I moved to the 2nd pump and that was padlocked. I moved to the third pump and inserted my credit card into a somewhat "loose" credit card slot. I filled up and proceeded on my way. After a few minutes I received an email from my credit card company asking if I spent $1 at a Shell station in that area. I replied "no", they explained that they have encountered activity that includes scammers testing the card by spending $1 first to see if it works. Then they can either use it for more $$$ or sell the CC number to someone else. The CC company recommended I cancel the account and wait for a new card which would arrive in 3 days. I was bullied by the owner with constant questioning while waiting in line for the bathroom. Several times in front of a bunch of people, he kept pointing to the sign that the bathroom was for customers only which we were and asked where my car was. My husband was in the car on his phone so he hadn't paid yet so the owner just assumed we were there just for his bathroom. The worker with the long hair in a hat was unprofessional and rude as well. Shell Company, just want to let you know that I will NEVER get my fuel here EVER. You're going to lose money. There's a reason why you have two stars. I rarely give bad reviews unless I'm pissed off and even writing a review for a gas station feels petty but I felt like the owner was super disrespectful to me maybe because I'm a woman. Station is clean. All the reviewers complain about the prices. I have never been to a gas station off the highway that had cheap prices for drinks or gas. Cannot complain about the restroom issue. If I could give no stars I would. Don't give this gas station your business. Stopped off at this station to fuel up on my way home. Had to use the bathroom badly so I went in to use the bathroom before pumping my gas. There was an out of order sign on the door, so before going in I asked the attendant if it is out of order, he said "are you going to put gas in", I replied yes, that I had to use the bathroom badly before I pump gas, he said I couldn't use it until I went outside and pumped gas. He was mean and rude, I was shocked, have never had this happen to me. So I left and went to Chevron across the freeway. I'm seeing a trend here... I stopped here to get a couple of gallons of gas before I went riding at Gorman. I tried my card at the pump and the pump wouldn't approve my card. I went inside and asked the clerk to swipe my card and he told me there was a $15 minimum if I swiped my card inside. I told him I only needed 2 gallons and I didn't need $15 worth of gas. He told me he reset the pump. What do you know? Pump wouldn't approve my card. Again. I checked 3 more pumps. Guess what... yep. This guy was forcing people inside to swipe their cards so he could charge them a $15 minimum. This clerk I'm assuming was the owner is as crooked as the day is long. What a greedy bastard. As soon as the wife asks if she can use the restroom, the idiot owner (he was arab since he was talking to an employee in arab) asks my wife if shes going to buy something or else she cant use it. Stopped here to buy some snacks and use the restroom, and because I made the mistake of wanting to use the restroom first, I was told "it's only for customers not for the public.". They "graciously" allowed me to use their facility once I assured them I intended to buy something. Then, all I saw was incredibly overpriced items... The gentleman at the register saved me a lot of headache and grief this afternoon. Pulled into the station with a pretty serious issue as the car wouldn't accelerate. He basically helped me troubleshoot the issue (friggin' vapor lock from a dirty fuel filter) and got me back on the road home in less than twenty minutes. Also, there are signs everywere that say that the bathrooms are for customers only. So u would be somewhat decent because of this. BIG HELL NO! It was discusting! Toilet paper all over the floor (used) and trash over flowing. The urinal hadnt been flushed in forever let alone cleaned. There was mold on the urinal splash guard.
