What has been the most impressive in my dealings with them has been the ongoing support. When my tractor or my Honda Pioneer need maintenance they schedule me very quickly and sometimes even come to my home to do the maintenance. If I have a question they take the time to make sure that I get the answers that I need. Their pricing is fair and they will work with you where they can. And I still…read morefeel I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money for what turned out to be (at least in my mind) a simple repair. BUT: I have since gone back more than once to this dealership and they have been helpful, courteous and provided whatever I needed so I am suggesting that the previous dissatisfaction was more caused by a misunderstanding between seller and buyer and far less than anyone trying to take advantage of another. I'll still keep going there and expect future transactions will go well.

parts department sucks.Ordered an ignition switch,said they had one coming in the next…read moreday...nope,called the next day,yes,we got 2 in,one for a tractor they had in the shop,then they promised mine to a guy that called that morning.seems no one entered my order in the computer or wrote it down.I said,well,i ordered it first,nope,we promised it to him ...........SO ???? screw me i guess ordered another,promised it today...nope not in,time to find a new dealer,these guys suck..no real apology,just well,what can we do (GIVE IT TO THE GUY THAT ORDERED IT FIRST ) meanwhile my tractor stuck in the field for a week now
