Myron was very transparent in the pricing and how it could change based on how difficult the wallpaper is to remove. His team ripped it all off on day 1 and assessed for any re-texuring needed. He sent me the revised quote and it was around what I had expected. His team worked quickly and finished a day early. FANTASTIC work! Myron, Victor and their team were not only professional, but the quality of their work is phenomenal. I had red wood throughout my entire house that I wanted to change and they sanded and stained every door, window and casework. That's not an easy job. They even made multiple samples to make sure they made the exact color and sheen I wanted. I have a very critical eye and notice things that most people wouldn't. Anytime I pointed something out or made a request, Victor responded with such a humble and positive attitude. Never once did he have an ounce of attitude. He always just wanted to make things look quality and addressed any concerns I had. They are also great communicators. Had to repaint inside of the townhouse we're renovating. Myron was quick to respond and schedule estimate. He was professional and was a good happy medium in terms of price and value. I interviewed 6 painters. Some guys were cheaper but didn't carry insurance, and just seemed like they would be that nightmare painter who does a terrible job. Or you have the super high end painters that charged 40% more for the same job. Victor heads the paint crew, he was flexible and understanding. Including having to come back multiple times due to some of our other renovation projects being delayed. The person who came to do the estimate and the work this time was Sean Williams, but I really wanted Myron's color eye so he made a special trip to consult and help me select colors (I knew ball park what I wanted -- not good to saddle him with a wide-open question). From the job outset, Myron made himself available for any questions of mine and as a general paint consultant as I was selecting my colors and finishes. He even went so far as to personally come by and apply swatches to walls once I had identified a few potentials. I was impressed by his teams diligence and the speed in which the job was completed.
