    Came in for the Geek Squad as this is the only nearby Apple repair shop. Had an appointment and…read morewaited over 10 minutes to even get acknowledged to check in with 5 people behind me. The decor looks like it's from 20 years ago. When I came back, there was literally no one around and finally after 5 minutes someone came out and I had to yell for them to notice I was there. More problematic is they broke my phone! During the repair I was told they damaged the display flex connector so now they have to order an entire replacement phone and I have to come back in 1-3 days (after a 2 hour "repair"). I will be back for the new phone and then never again. Drive to Boulder or Denver for your Apple repairs unless you want your items damaged by their incompetent staff!

It felt familiar, clean, and full of intention. The store was spotless, and every employee I saw was actively assisting customers or fully engaged in their work. There was a rhythm to it--a sense of purpose that made the environment feel quietly impressive. As an autistic, short woman in a wheelchair, I don't always expect to be noticed, let alone truly helped. But Peyton did. I was tucked away near the Surface computers, and he approached me with kindness, attentiveness, and an ease that made the interaction feel effortless. His genuine connection, along with how clearly he enjoys working with his team, stood out in the best way. Best Buy, you have a gem in Peyton--and you've built a jewelry box worth opening. I even chose to buy a mouse there instead of ordering from Amazon, because of how welcome and respected I felt. That decision was easy, thanks to Peyton and the hardworking, upbeat employees surrounding him.

    Timur Mihyaz is a scammer and a scoundrel. I purchased a generation 3 Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme…read morefor over $1,200 and after a week of use, I checked the serial and realized it was, in fact, a generation 1. Two years (generations) older than advertised. Timur said this was an honest mistake and offered me a measly $45 refund. Can you imagine a two year newer computer only going for $45 more? I declined and Timur went silent for a few days. I ended up leaving negative feedback on his eBay store (colocomputer) and lo and behold he responds that same day. He told me that I could return the laptop for a full refund, but I explained to him that not having a computer for work for two weeks was not an option. I told Timur that I wanted a generation 3 like I ordered and he sent me a link to one he had listed on his eBay store (colocomputer) to which I agreed to accept the exchange. In addition to that, Timur said he would give me an additional $110 reimbursement since the "new" computer had less RAM (32 vs. 64 GB) and said he could send the item via 2-day air. Now, this is where things get shady. Timur instructed me to select, "changed mind" as the reason for return. In doing so, he said, this would keep *HIM* from being docked/flagged by eBay. It would make it appear as if it was *MY* fault and I had buyer's remorse. Doing so also automatically removed my negative feedback. Timur has not responded to me in a week and I have sent the item back. He has not sent me the correct item, reimbursed me the $110 that he agreed to. In fact, he's gone silent again just like before. This man's business practices are scoundrelous and I would advise anyone looking at his store to look elsewhere. This is a con-man who only cares about making a dollar and not about integrity and honesty that any store should uphold.
